It was very pleasant. The room was comfortable. The therapist was excellent. My sister and my mother were there too. The three of us enjoyed ourselves. There was some noise from talking in the relaxation area. It would be better if there were no people there during the treatments. Or if they were really there at rest.

I arrived in the morning for breakfast, and right at the entrance they asked me why I didn't arrive in modest clothing? How do I know and why do I need to arrive in modest clothing??? I'm a completely secular person. Because there was a group of religious people there. In the morning I made a phone call to book a spa (including breakfast + spa + massage) and I wasn't told anything about religious people. In the dining room I felt terrible because everyone looked at me like something was wrong. I went into the pool area right there for 20 minutes, at 11:30 they asked me to leave. They told me it was men's hours until 2:30. I went out to sit on the lawns and there I was approached by 3 employees, each time something different. A guard + Osherat + Dorit. They asked me to wear long clothes because there was a religious couple who were bothered by my being without clothing (I was wearing a spa robe). I've never experienced such disrespect and humiliation. Why wasn't I told in the phone call I made that the place was only for religious people???? That a secular person is not on the same level as religious people and can't be there??? Requests compensation for emotional distress.

I left relatively disappointed. There was no interaction with the masseuse to understand if there was any problem... They didn't bother to let me and my sister fill out a medical questionnaire. The masseuse didn't introduce herself by name, didn't coordinate expectations, and wanted to end 5 minutes before the end. Disappointing

Breakfast was okay, in my opinion it's not at all appropriate to include the meal for a fun day. Very few things and not of good quality. The fact that there is a separation between women and men is not suitable for fun days for couples, only for friends. But the massage was excellent. We really enjoyed it. So thank you very much for the massage, we have to improve something.
