A clean and well-kept place. My husband and I arrived for breakfast and from the moment we entered the hotel area, the place simply exudes peace and tranquility. Breakfast with a huge selection, delicious and fresh. Then we went to the country and spa and it was just a huge, well-kept and clean place. An air of calm and tranquility. We had a massage with a therapist named Noam and a therapist named Gilad. The masseurs are extremely professional and you really feel during the massage that the body is freed from all tension and the place is clean. One of the places that just makes you want to come back to it again.

In terms of the place, it does not invite a very poor level of cleanliness and equipment, the place smells bad, there are not enough towels, no underwear was given before the treatment, the masseuse used the same oil for both the "face" and the body treatment. When I asked why there was no special oil for the face, I was given a stammering answer. The place and the robes smell bad. In my opinion, the masseuse was unprofessional. I asked for a facial and got nothing but hair and scalp touches. Extremely disappointing and not worth the price. Of course, I will not go back there.

First of all, I want to say that Noam was pleasant and did a good job. However, as a customer experience manager myself, I have 2 comments about things that hurt my experience: 1. I went in for a massage at 12:08 and she finished at 12:47. I don't think it's appropriate for a 45-minute massage to end after 39 minutes. 2. My husband scheduled the massage for me following a difficult period I was going through and I needed a quiet and disconnected experience. In fact, the sealing in the room was not successful and throughout the massage I heard a lot of noise from outside, including 2 small children who wouldn't stop crying, which really hurt the experience of calm and disconnection. I understand that this is a period that is busy with children, but it would be appropriate to create rooms with better insulation or alternatively suggest coming for a massage in the early morning or afternoon/evening. The massage was supposed to start at 12:15. It actually started at 12:33. It ended at 1:15. It was 40 minutes, but it didn't even reach 20 minutes. The massage should have been for the whole body. The therapist only did a back massage. The therapist had a phone in her hand. The treatment was done with one hand and the other hand was texting on the phone. She didn't pay attention to me at all. The diaper changing room upstairs was noisy with children outside and the noise of water pumps. In short, it was disrespectful, not worth a penny. It was very annoying.

To be honest, we were very surprised and not in a positive way... We definitely would not recommend it. We entered the spa, imagining a pampering and relaxing place, and instead we found ourselves in a noisy country class. In the spa facility itself, there was an outdated gray locker. No one came to us. There were no robes in the dressing room either. There were no one-piece underwear as is customary. The blankets are very old and uncomfortable on the body. Not at all a feeling of a book or a treat. The masseuses were okay (one was really good, the other was reasonable) really not up to standard, not stylish, and it's hard to call a place a spa. Not a feeling of value for the high price. We wouldn't recommend it, and I even debated whether to post a negative comment online so that people don't come and get upset. A serious change in design and general conduct is needed to be called a spa. You can't take the price of a spa and give what you give, it's below any standard. It should also be noted that you are in a family canteen in front of noisy changing rooms and not in a quiet, calm, and pleasant area as we expected when we booked a treat for the body and soul. It really sucks. We would even want financial compensation at the very least.
