The hotel is substandard, not clean, the masseuse is doubtful with a professional certificate, in a side treatment room not clean. Uses very little oil, not recommended at all

The treatment was not tissue deep, it was relatively weak. There is no bath, no milk, no shower and no toilets on the spa floor. It was bad, there is no way we will go back.

The whole concept, the place, the bed, the atmosphere - low level, the masseuse was attentive, regarding my daughter who had a massage in the next room - a very low level just to get out of duty, which is a shame.

Excellent peace comes in the evenings. We got a room where we could organize ourselves before and after the massage. Toilet is locked!

The nanny was fine. The therapist, on the other hand, was unprofessional, insisting that he mysteriously lay on the opposite side of the bed with no place for his head. In my experience, the treatment was really unprofessional.

Worst... no atmosphere, shabby rooms without a waiting area. A wobbly and unstable bed. In short, this is not a pampering spa!!!!

We arrived at the spa about 15 minutes before the treatment, unfortunately the only one present at the place neither speaks English nor Hebrew nor does he hear so it is very difficult to communicate with him. He asked us to go change clothes but we were not given any robes or instructions on what to do. After about half an hour we started the treatment, due to the lack of communication it was not possible to request adjustments (such as strong/weak/certain problematic areas). The massage itself was cute and the guy is really charming and tried to do his best but I left very disappointed with the whole experience. We came to celebrate a birthday and it was very awkward.

We arrived a couple of companies, the massage was professional. There was no spa/massage atmosphere. There was no music in the rooms. There was no refreshments as promised, this is basic everywhere. Unfortunately there was hardly any water.

The place is far from being who we thought the girls who did a reasonable Tenev massage.. (I don't want to hurt people's livelihood but personally I wouldn't go back to this offer)
