There was only one thing I didn't like and it was really disrespectful in the massage room. The girls were laughing most of the treatment and it was really unpleasant and my husband and I lost concentration. You have to give people respect, it's really not nice and I hope to be treated with respect because it really hurts the name of the hotel. The rest was perfect and the service was 100%

Breakfast was really poor, there was no option to buy food because it was Saturday. Which meant we were a whole day without food. The massage was 40 minutes and not 50 minutes as promised. The therapists didn't stop talking to each other during the massage, even when we asked for some quiet. We paid extra for a double room for us and not for them. We probably won't be back again.

We stayed for a fun day at the Setai Kinneret Hotel and really enjoyed the experience. The spa treatment was simply perfect – professional, relaxing and pampering. The food was also excellent, varied and very tasty, and the hotel itself is beautiful with a pleasant atmosphere and an amazing view. However, there are a few things that were less than up to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. The services in the spa complex were not properly maintained – one of the doors was not working properly, the taps were rusty and full of scale, and the fountain in the spa pool was also rusty, which damaged the overall appearance of the complex. In addition, it seems that not all the facilities are maintained to the level expected of a luxury hotel. The main pool was very busy, to the point of feeling that the hotel received more guests than the complex can comfortably accommodate. It would have been nice if there had been an additional pool or some other solution that would reduce the load. Overall, we really enjoyed the day and the service, but there is room for improvement in the maintenance of the facilities and the management of the load, so that the experience would be perfect and match the high level that the hotel strives to present.

Beyond that it was a disappointment and does not justify the price - from the breakfast and the noisy atmosphere in the dining room to the small, old and uncomfortable showers. The spa pool was lukewarm not hot and very basic. You brand yourself as a luxury spa but it is far from that. I would not recommend

The truth is, the spa was excellent above and beyond, but there was no electricity at all. We ordered niccoloni, which was in the oven, not tasty at all. Half of it was alive inside. When I paid for breakfast, there was no cup of coffee at all.

To be honest, a place of one big disappointment, the massage was not professional at all and one of the girls was talking loudly, there was no silence at all during the massage, the service at the pool was absolutely zero, and in addition to everything, there is no parking in the hotel and they did not inform us that there were reports from the city and we received a report that was not enough for the amount we paid for a couple to pamper themselves in the hotel. On Sunday, June 21st, my wife and I booked a spa day at the Kinneret Stay. This is our second time at the same place, the first time was about two years ago and everything was great. This time the facilities were beyond reproach - when we arrived in the morning, the men's restrooms were not clean and there was no toilet paper or hand towels, the men's shower was completely broken and without soap or shampoo. There was no shampoo in the women's shower. We were also told that there was no water in the shower in the treatment room and we could not shower there. There were no towels on the pool chairs (full of bird poop) and it was not comfortable to sit on them. It seems that the place is not staffed with enough service providers, there were not enough employees in the dining room at breakfast and at the pool, so the service was delayed and slow and we did not receive the proper service even after repeated requests from several employees. We would have liked better value for the money we paid. We will not return to the Kinneret Stay.
