We ordered a massage for a couple, one of the employees was late - but we were only informed of the delay after the line was supposed to start. The other staff member didn't know Hebrew at all and didn't understand when I told her several times that I didn't like what she was doing. Overall it was okay, but in my opinion not worth the price.

The therapist was amateurish, said the bed was broken, that it wasn't her good day, gave a massage for less than an hour, the sheets were dirty. Overall experience - I wouldn't recommend the spa.

My husband got a good massage but mine was a little weird. The woman who did it had some very strange movements and at one point was practically breathing into my mouth. She also didn't ask me if something hurt or if I wanted things done more gently.

We booked a couples massage for our anniversary. We arrived at the spa and were met by two lovely therapists who introduced themselves and explained the treatment. The massage was very good, they made sure to ask if everything was okay and my husband and I had a great time. Highly recommend.

There were three of us (my mother, my daughter and I) The massage itself was good. The attitude of one of the therapists before the treatment was really, really unpleasant. She was aggressive and not nice. She got angry when we said we sent the health declaration by phone because she didn't receive it... Even at first the inside was unpleasant. It left a bad taste for my mother and daughter. Too bad

I entered the room and there was an unpleasant smell. When I lay on the bed, I realized that the source of the smell was the sheet (or mattress). I told the woman who was supposedly the masseuse, I asked if there was lavender essential oil or something that would hide the smell. There wasn't. And then it started. It wasn't a massage. It was very unpleasant, very unprofessional. Mostly smearing the cream on the part of the body that she was treating in long movements from top to bottom. While I was lying in bed and suffering from the unpleasant touch (I initially commented to her a few times, she improved but she's probably not professional so it wasn't close to a massage), it occurred to me that I hope I'm not lying on the sheet from the previous treatment... In any case, as soon as I complained about the smell, she was supposed to change the sheet. I complained at the front desk, we came to you following a massage we had with you about a year and a half ago when we stayed at the hotel, and it was wonderful. I was looking for a massage for my birthday and we immediately thought of you. The room is great, I left the "massage" with a headache and my whole body ached because I was tense for that whole hour (we extended it because it was so good last time) in resistance to her pulling and pushing. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Professional treatment, the entire staff was very lovely! Things to improve: The treatment was less than an hour in my opinion (it seemed 45 minutes to me). The cobwebs above the jacuzzi in the pergola need to be cleaned. An ice machine for making cold coffee was a great addition in this heat. Overall, I would highly recommend!
