Excellent service from the therapists, very pleasant and welcoming. The performance was a little less successful - weak, the coverage of the back was really minimal (5 minutes out of 60), most of the time they treated the feet, the jacuzzi was so dirty that we had to scrape the dirt off it.

Hello, before the treatment we filled out a medical questionnaire online. When we arrived for treatment we were asked to fill out a manual questionnaire again. To our surprise the therapist did not speak Hebrew at all. How do you expect the therapist to go through the questionnaire, understand it and provide an appropriate response in the treatment? Please pay attention. Thank you

Disappointing, bordering on shame, the headboard falls apart every second during the treatment, the "caressing" treatment is not a massage as it should be at the end of the treatment, Epilan did not offer us a glass of water, the toilets in the spa are dirty and without toilet paper, a huge disappointment and really does not justify the absurd price like in a luxury spa.

The reception and hospitality are excellent. The deep tissue treatment is just fine. Treatment for pregnant women. I hardly felt there was a massage. It was very weak despite my request for it to be strong.

The lockers are broken and most of them have no key. The jacuzzi needs cleaning and repair (unbalanced temperature, water on the left is too hot), water leaks on the right (the back right corner is a bit crooked), the sides of the jacuzzi are greasy. The massage was nice but unprofessional. At the same time, the place itself is charming, amazing furniture and excellent service.

It was very nice. Too bad the sound didn't work and there was no alternative. The atmosphere was small and pleasant.

It was really, really good! Among the best we've had! Olga and Roni were our therapists, and they were both so excellent! We were very happy and we also intend to happily recommend them to many of our friends. Thank you so much! It was necessary and it was amazing.

We ordered a massage for a couple, one of the employees was late - but we were only informed of the delay after the line was supposed to start. The other staff member didn't know Hebrew at all and didn't understand when I told her several times that I didn't like what she was doing. Overall it was okay, but in my opinion not worth the price.

It's a bit hard to call a place a spa. We only had a massage which was just fine. There was a meal voucher that we used and it was great.

The therapist was amateurish, said the bed was broken, that it wasn't her good day, gave a massage for less than an hour, the sheets were dirty. Overall experience - I wouldn't recommend the spa.
