The treatment itself was reasonable, but it was unpleasant. Every moment my therapist asked the other therapist, Skolka, how much it was in Russian and she answered her with the remaining time. It didn't give a pleasant feeling at all. It just felt like they wanted to finish and run away. Not a pleasant feeling at all.

It was a combined massage and not hot stones (we ordered two treatments and the hot stone therapist was not interactive except for the massage, which she did excellently). The massage itself was good, so I gave it one star, but the experience was less... We arrived 20 minutes before and it was closed. We waited outside, the therapist arrived and jokingly asked if we were sleeping here (it wasn't funny) and then started questioning us about our health status and the like outside, which was unprofessional in our opinion. When we entered, he started explaining what the treatment included and how it was done, and all sorts of things that we really weren't looking to hear. They never talked to me about the massage before. He also didn't fill out a form as is customary and said it wasn't mandatory and that it was just legal (lucky for them that nothing happened). During the treatment itself, he also spoke from time to time... and said several times that he would soon hurt me and that if it was too much, then to say so. A therapist shouldn't say things like that. He's supposed to massage and if it hurts, I'll make sure to update. In addition, in my opinion and maybe I'm wrong, he got too close to the glutes when he massaged my legs. It never happened to me before.. In the end I paid in cash and they waited to receive the money. I asked what about a receipt and that's why they called the phone number I called when I arrived and received the receipt on WhatsApp.
