Sure, let's start with a clear and official statement: Yesterday we booked a fun day at the hotel, and unfortunately the experience was very unpleasant. When we got to the pool, the security guard told us that we had to go to the reception in the lobby to get bracelets. We went down to the reception, and there were two employees there – one of whom was new and didn't know how to answer us, and the other couldn't help us either. They left us waiting in the lobby for almost an hour for no reason, thus wasting our precious time from the fun day that we paid for. In the end, we were told at the reception that they weren't handling the issue of the fun day at all and that it wasn't their responsibility. We were very disappointed and upset by the behavior and the time that was wasted on us. In addition, when we went up to the pool, we encountered a much more difficult experience. We are Arab women and we felt that we had been exposed to racist treatment. Little children told us that their parents told them that they were not allowed to talk to Arab women. This thing hurt us very much. Why? What did we do? We just came to enjoy a calm and pleasant day like any other guest. We left this day with a very difficult feeling and mental anguish, instead of leaving calm and satisfied. In light of everything we went through yesterday, we would appreciate it if you would take the case seriously and offer us adequate compensation for the mental anguish, the time wasted, and the unpleasant experience we had.

Very busy and very dirty. They called us for a massage at 4:00 PM and by 4:50 PM it was already over.. It turned out that it was less than 45 minutes. It sucks, we probably won't be back again.

The spa itself was just fine. The problem was the long lines for the elevators that didn't arrive and we had to walk up. The crowding in the pool was unreasonable. Lots of people in a small area. What's certain is that I won't be booking another pamper day in August...

I booked through Spa Plus Couples Spa. The service and attitude were excellent. But we were exhausted from the pool, both from the crowd and because they took us out of the pool for a few hours due to feces in the water. We didn't have time to enjoy it. In retrospect, we also paid a lot after comparing prices.

There was a disappointment with the dining room. I asked for gluten-free items and there was no response. The plates were dirty. There was no response to the needs of people who are sensitive to gluten and sensitive to milk other than soy milk. It really sucks after the good experiences we had with you and we came again for a fun day from afar. It's a shame that the breakfast we paid for didn't last the money and really made us have a bad experience.

The experience was very unpleasant, not helpful, there was no normal guest reception, the clerk didn't even look up, there were no robes, noise and shouting, a greasy floor, no explanation or guidance, they confirmed one thing for us and wanted to give us something else, I won't recommend it and I won't return even though we received compensation and not at the required level.

Hello, I am writing to you following the disappointing experience we had yesterday at your hotel. We arrived specifically to celebrate our mother's 60th birthday – a significant event that we planned and invested in out of a desire to give her a special and enjoyable day. Unfortunately, from the very first moment the experience was far from what we expected. Even before arrival, we tried for several days to contact the hotel to find out the breakfast hours and to see if we could book a massage for her. My sisters and I called many times and left messages, but we did not receive an answer and they did not call us back at all. When we arrived at the hotel, after about two hours of driving, we had to wait a long time at the reception due to the lack of order. In addition, no one bothered to give us the hotel guest identification bracelets, even though the reservation had been paid for in advance. As a result, when we arrived at the pool, we were stopped by the guard in front of everyone and told that we were not allowed to enter because we did not belong to the hotel. Only after we had to go back to the reception and sort out the mistake did we receive the bracelets. Beyond the unpleasantness and embarrassment we were caused, all these delays meant that we arrived late for breakfast, and we barely had time to enjoy it. While we were still eating, the buffet was already being cleared. This was our mother's 60th birthday – a day that was supposed to be exciting, joyful and unforgettable, but unfortunately it began with a sense of frustration, embarrassment and disappointment due to the hotel's conduct. We believe that mistakes can happen, but we expect a hotel of your caliber to take responsibility for the customer experience. We would be happy to receive your response to the case, as well as to know how you intend to compensate us for the emotional distress caused on a day that was supposed to be festive and special for us.
