If you've already asked, then Meital, the therapist, is lovely. I don't have a single bad word to say about the place. I'm a person who does a lot of massages at your place. I've been impressed by the large gaps in times and every time I've encountered the same method. I conclude with you that an hour of treatment and the treatment is 45 minutes. Every time I left disappointed with your times and I didn't say anything today. I had to. When I left, I told the guy that the massage was great but this method doesn't respect the place. I know you have cameras in place and I told him to look at when she entered the room and when she left. It's not respectful of the place. It has nothing to do with the therapist. 0505359287 For any questions

The treatment itself was fun. The location of the spa is very uninviting. There is a lot of noise from vendors and trucks and transportation and shouting from outside and it ruins the experience.

I came with my sister for a couples head massage for my birthday. The place is small with an intimate feel, we were put in a private room and the massage started on time. This is my first time doing a head treatment with hot water and a face mask and the experience was very pleasant. The treatment included a shower with several products, a mask and face massage and a light shoulder massage. The therapists were nice and attentive and when I asked for a weaker one because it was a little painful, they immediately changed the intensity. Overall, a recommended experience for anyone who wants a couples treatment with a partner/friends/family.

Hello, I'm also writing here about the horrible, unprofessional, and above all, painful experience to the point of tears. This morning I went for a Japanese massage. At the entrance, the clerk, who should be noted as the nicest in this entire experience, told me that the therapist doesn't speak Hebrew and to use Google Translate, which is ridiculous in itself. How is it possible to take out your phone and communicate in this way in the middle of a treatment? For me, the whole experience is also a disconnection from the "outside world." I started the treatment, and at first the water was boiling, which damages your scalp and hair. When I tried to explain to her, she switched it to cold, and then it was reasonable. She put a cheap, unpleasant, stinging, smelly mask on me. At some point, I just took it off and wiped my face with the towel. Then she applied a sticky body lotion to me, and it was so unpleasant that I told myself that enough is enough, I have to let it end. Then she used all kinds of scalp massages that she did, which were so painful to the bone, just terrible. Then for some reason she started pressing on my neck vertebrae, which I don't understand why, because it's so dangerous, and at some point it radiated to my lower back, which really hurts me. I had a really hard time getting off the treatment bed. Even the massage, in my hands cheap sticky creams with a terrible smell.. At some point she mumbled something and left the room I didn't even realize that the treatment was over a nightmare. I left with shaking hands and just shocked. The nice guy at the reception offered me a free massage but I don't want to suffer and take risks. I'm really interested in knowing if the therapist has any kind of masseuse certificate or if she has no training at all. From your place I went straight to the health insurance company to take a photo. You should really do a home inspection at your place. Because I won't be returning to you and I certainly won't recommend you. It's a shame I wasted my money on you.

My massage was cute, there was terrible noise from outside and in the room there was radio music and not suitable for a spa and terrible noise inside the room too, in short, there was no atmosphere at all. The massage itself was cute for me, nothing more, and my husband asked for it to be strong, it was really not strong. They told us to come and choose which massage we wanted, Swedish, deep tissue, sports, it was not asked.. It is listed on the drink and light refreshment voucher, she offered water at the entrance, in short, we did not connect, we will not return again, sorry to be honest

The massage was good and fun, starting from the welcome phase, but unfortunately after two hours I felt severe pain in my right shoulder and right now it really hurts to straighten my arm. I barely slept at night.

Excellent therapist. Everything around spoils the pleasure. Every time there is a delay of at least 10 minutes. It's not a pleasant place to wait outside in the mall. There are no refreshments and drinks as stated on the voucher. Too bad.

Hi, thanks for the opportunity to give feedback. I had a good therapist and everything she did was good. However, the treatment focused most of the time!!!! on my back and shoulders. Barely on my legs. My husband received a much more comprehensive treatment that also included feet, scalp massage and face. From previous treatments I've had, I also remember a much more comprehensive treatment than what I had today. So all in all, I was a little disappointed. I don't think I'll be back again. If you want to ask more specific questions or clarify things, then call in the afternoon. Good luck!

Excellent, relaxing and good service. There was a misunderstanding with the representative on the phone and one bed makes a little noise and you can hear music from outside (outside the room or in between, but overall, an excellent experience and service and a pleasure to treat. Thank you for the experience.
