We left with a really bad experience. My good friend and I came to celebrate a birthday. We were witness to a fight between the receptionist and the masseurs because of which the receptionist just got up and left (?????). They let us in late, we shared a room with another man who did a massage (really wrong). During the entire treatment, the therapists did not stop talking to each other, for my friend the masseuse really hurt. I fell asleep a bit during the massage and they both laughed at me (as if we are friends and it's not funny...). Lack of professionalism at the highest level, not proper at all and we will not return either.

My husband's masseuse initially asked for another guy to do it for him but he refused and then she told him that her hands hurt and convinced him to perform a treatment with oil, he didn't enjoy the treatment, the treatment was weak he asked her not to do it on the legs and focus more on the feet but she did the opposite and he asked gently so she got mad at the person in charge There are no wipes they didn't buy for her and my husband felt very uncomfortable with the situation, he didn't enjoy the treatment as it wasn't what he asked for and he wasn't comfortable with her having to massage her feet against her will and also because she went into the treatment tired from the day before. The massage I received was very good and met all expectations. At the end of the treatment, they announced that they were going to eat because they hadn't had a break since the morning (of course they are right and this is not normal). And he felt very out of touch with the experience and did not enjoy it and they who arrived especially on time from the north and did not receive treatment in the end after waiting for over half an hour.
