Perfect! We received a gift voucher for the spa, a pampering massage with hot stones was so much fun and relaxing! The staff is helpful, professional and welcoming. The place is clean and shiny. After that we went to the pool. I recommend it and we will definitely come again!

I was with my mother on Friday at the spa, just soft drinks and coffee, it wasn't like champagne like in any spa, snacks in the pool, there are a lot of people and it's not fun, and the girls at the reception were pleasant.

We arrived at the spa early in Mora to start in the pool. The pool is outdoor, owned by the hotel, we went up to it and discovered a pool full of people, lots of children, noise, mess and dirt. We came for a couples spa day, it was far from what we wanted to experience… There wasn’t even a place to sit. We gave up. We went back down to the spa, sat down in the waiting room. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, it was hot, there was no dried fruit or wine as is customary in other places, pretty basic. We went to reception and waited there for the treatment. The treatment itself was fine, although we wanted deep tissue and it was only combined. In general, the place is not of a high standard and seems unmaintained. Air conditioners are dripping from the ceiling, mold, etc. The experience is not worth the price and it’s a shame that there is no full coordination of expectations regarding the pool, we really planned to spend time there and in the end we found ourselves “drying off” at reception.

The massage was fine, except that I paid for hot stones for my wife and I and we didn't receive them. We told them during the treatment and were told that they had made a mistake and didn't heat the stones and that we would receive compensation. In the meantime, we didn't receive anything.

I upgraded with an additional price of 100 NIS to a double room. When we arrived at the spa, we were told that we were in separate rooms and that Spa Plus did not inform them that we were supposed to be in a double room. The issue led to a lot of arguments and valuable time that was lost from the treatment for which we paid full price + an upgrade to a double room.

My partner and I were at the spa. There is a light refreshment before the massage. You can choose an oil to use for the massage. The massage was amazing, the pool is large, and we really liked the Turkish bath.

Yesterday we had breakfast and a massage at the Daria Spa at the Ramada Hotel in Netanya, we had a wonderful experience. The masseuse was super professional, pleasant and welcoming, we received professional and pleasant service at the reception. The waiting area was also pleasant with hot drinks, cookies and fruit, there is no doubt that we will want to come back again and again.
