The experience of the massage that was given was not pleasant, having to go up with clothes on so as not to walk around in a hotel robe and then come back in a robe and feel uncomfortable in front of the guests. The masseuse was not attentive, I asked for a medium-gentle one and she simply broke me down to help me release a tight muscle, but what created more intense pain, while I repeatedly asked Aifan to lower the intensity, I still suffered from pain on the bed because of her touch. This is not what I asked for, I did not want to suffer, I came to relax from the stress and left with a burning sensation in my body. The experience in the hotel facilities was not so pleasant with all the pain, but since there was a small discount on it, they tried to ignore it as much as possible, but it was really, really annoying. This is not my first time with you and unfortunately, it is really, really not a pleasant experience that is worth the price and coming back to you. It sucks, thank you anyway

The breakfast was perfect, since renovations were being carried out near the hotel, we had to go up 2 floors to a regular room with a robe for a massage, there was no music in the room, these were the only things that bothered us, other than that everything was perfect

The spa and hotel are at the highest level in terms of cleanliness and atmosphere. The spa and pool are clean and amazing. The best massage I've ever had, I would go back again if only for Dara, the best masseuse there is. The most delicious lunch I've ever had. It was just a wonderful fun day!

Thank you very much for a wonderful hospitality experience. I received a gift certificate for my birthday and decided to treat myself to a full day of pleasure, which included breakfast and a visit to the spa. The facial was excellent. The therapist was very professional, and I was particularly impressed by the high-quality skincare products used during the treatment. In addition, the head and hand massage was a wonderful and relaxing addition. The spa complex and the service were also of a high standard: cleanliness, comfortable lockers, robes, and courteous and professional treatment from the staff, which made the visit particularly pleasant. The breakfast was good, but in my opinion its price does not fully match the selection and experience offered. Overall, I enjoyed the visit very much and would be happy to return again. Many thanks to the entire staff for the excellent service!

The massage and spa were good, but I will also mention the breakfast since it was included in the package we purchased - the food was mediocre to the point of being tasteless, the employees were not pleasant, and not a single waiter approached us, we had to get up and ask them to come, and even after we ordered - the food took a long time to arrive. Very disappointing, especially considering the name of the hotel and the price we paid.

I've been to the spa before and it was amazing. The massage was professional and high quality, both during and after the treatment, it was relaxing, and I felt great. I enjoyed it so much that I brought my husband for our anniversary. The price is very high, but because of the previous experience, I didn't blink. This time the treatment was not good at all. During the treatment, it felt like she didn't really know what she was doing, she didn't relax me at all, and the next day we were both busier than we were before. The spa facilities are nice but not particularly impressive compared to other places with more reasonable prices. The treatment is what justified the price for me and I was very disappointed. It is also important to note that the treatments were not in the spa but in a hotel room due to renovations, which also detracted from the experience. The spa has sofas before and after the treatment with tea and a pleasant atmosphere.

The spa was nice and nothing more. Let's start with the fact that it was cool in and outside the pool. There was no parking, so we had to park far away and walk before and after the spa in the cold of February in Jerusalem. The Turkish bath in the videos looked big and luxurious, but in reality it was a very small wet sauna. The massage was reasonable. The patients didn't ask us before the massages what style of massage we preferred (strong, caressing, medium, etc.). Finally, the included lunch was really, really low compared to the luxurious hotel. Pizza with ketchup sauce, very slow service, and all of this was an exorbitant price. Bottom line, it's more about name than content. We won't be back.
