We had a fun day in honor of a birthday. We started with a couples treatment at the spa, which was absolutely perfect! Then we got to the pool and it was quiet and fun, not crowded. The service from the hotel staff was excellent, courteous and caring. In short, I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Hi, the visit to the spa was great, proper and professional treatment and decent service. The hospitality in the lobby for coffee and a sandwich - below all a criticism. My husband asked for hot, boiling coffee without foam - hot coffee and half a cup of foam arrived. I ordered a mozzarella sandwich - the bottom of the bun was wet like mush. My husband went to the booth and showed the sandwich to the waiter - he answered back like this. My husband came back to me with the wet sandwich. (We didn't come to argue) When we left the lobby, my husband turned to another man at the booth and told him about what happened - he seemed to understand and asked why we didn't come to change. ... My black coffee was fine. We were really disappointed. Another small thing. We paid a lot for the spa hospitality. Why did you take an extra amount from us for parking?! We came to you to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary.

The treatment was not up to the expected standard. We entered a double room that was actually a single room with two beds in a row (really not pampering and not a couple atmosphere), one heating sheet did not work, which already affected the beginning of the treatment. The treatment itself was done with a feeling of impatience and haste. We really felt that they were working fast, aggressively, not finishing any organ gently - everything was fast without a beginning and without an end. They worked with cold oil and there was a somewhat aggressive feeling (and this is not the type of treatment but the attitude of the therapists). In addition, the bathrooms in the spa and pool were dirty, not maintained, no toilet paper for both men and women, and there were no hangers even in the locker rooms to hang things properly. It was disappointing. The pool and breakfast were excellent.

Yulia is an excellent caregiver! I would love to return to her again. Regarding the place - it would be nice if you served cold water instead of tap water in the hospitality area and maybe dried/fresh fruit. A slight upgrade but important in my opinion.
