The breakfast was mediocre minus my massage was excellent, my partner's mediocre the lovely girl at the spa upgraded us to a private jacuzzi, which definitely upgraded the experience!

Both the food and the massage were really amazing. It sucks that you didn't say it didn't include a jacuzzi even though you said it included the spa facilities. And that it was not possible to order something to drink at the pool

The massage was excellent, but the experience was marred by the hotel's failures: 1. One of the towels we were given was not clean 2. There were no parking spaces, neither in the hotel nor in a large radius around it. Luckily we live in Jerusalem, so we drove home and took the light rail to the hotel. We arrived for breakfast 'on the grill' before closing the dining room. 3. The breakfast experience was a nightmare. Terrible density. The distance between the tables was minimal. When we were seated there was one chair missing and I had to stand until one of the waiters found a chair. I had to give up coffee due to the long line. My heart goes out to the waiters who made a great effort to overcome the chaos, and ran between us as if in a frenzy. 4. Our package also included a pool, but the only pool that was available was in a small pool for toddlers.
