The breakfast was mediocre minus my massage was excellent, my partner's mediocre the lovely girl at the spa upgraded us to a private jacuzzi, which definitely upgraded the experience!

The massage was excellent, but the experience was marred by the hotel's failures: 1. One of the towels we were given was not clean 2. There were no parking spaces, neither in the hotel nor in a large radius around it. Luckily we live in Jerusalem, so we drove home and took the light rail to the hotel. We arrived for breakfast 'on the grill' before closing the dining room. 3. The breakfast experience was a nightmare. Terrible density. The distance between the tables was minimal. When we were seated there was one chair missing and I had to stand until one of the waiters found a chair. I had to give up coffee due to the long line. My heart goes out to the waiters who made a great effort to overcome the chaos, and ran between us as if in a frenzy. 4. Our package also included a pool, but the only pool that was available was in a small pool for toddlers.

We celebrated for a fun day in honor of my daughter's birthday it was perfect!!!!! Kind, professional staff, nice pampering, delicious and varied breakfast, it was just fun, we enjoyed every moment, highly recommended and we will definitely be back

It was excellent, first of all the best massage we both had. The private hot tub was a nice surprise. The breakfast is very indulgent. Yes, I would suggest to them as a point for improvement to market the Jacoi hour as 50 minutes and combined. who took care of the experience with the perfect therapy for your body - 25 minutes in a private jacuzzi before the massage and 25 minutes after. It would also be perfect for physical therapy and it would also be allowed. You are not allowed to stay in the jacuzzi for an hour and in the end it turns out that we were half of that and after the massage we really felt the need for it.

The place is cozy and inviting, Tal welcomed us as nicely as possible and made sure we enjoyed every moment and it really was. The pool was almost empty, a real pleasure. Breakfast was also excellent. There is no doubt that we will recommend and return there

Dining room advantage Flexibility in hours was given the option of hours half an hour beyond breakfast time. The food is plentiful, but the vegetable salad is lacking in freshness, it feels like it was taken out of the fridge the day before, and the rest of the salads have a complete lack of freshness. The spa itself seems not well maintained, an impatient receptionist was surprised that we required robes before entering the massage. Bathroom and toilet details for use after a non-estate spa. There is a shortage of towels for the spa. Caring doesn't really rule the place. The massage was supposed to be in separate rooms. It is important for my partner. It was 2 orders for a non-couple Yahish package and we were forced to go through it in the same room. My partner said it was nice. I suffered and even though my request was weaker it didn't help. The pool was nice they shared a watermelon and there were towels available that's the part I enjoyed more. Convenient parking. I don't think I will go back there again

Delicious and varied breakfast but crowded and noisy. The massage was wonderful, one of the best. Good communication with the masseuses. The spa itself is pleasant and clean but apart from the shady and clean pool there was no jacuzzi.

We wanted to complain, a really embarrassing stay yesterday, and we hardly enjoyed the place, the atmosphere and the toilets. The massage itself was good and the massage therapists are cannons. But all the service we received and paid a high price for a day of pampering to enjoy and relax. Let's start with the fact that there was no service, even in the spa there was no representative for the rest of the time after we left the massage. Another thing we really didn't expect and we weren't told was that the hotel would be full of soldiers who came for battalion days, which means a mess in the gym and sauna area as well with loud music and lots of loud noises of weights being thrown, and also the quiet beds next to the sauna were full of noise and movement all the time. The pool was full of soldiers, there was also a mess and shouting and they made bush circles right around the pool and it was not pleasant at all and it did not fit the place and the atmosphere and it is not okay to do in the pool. In addition to the fact that it was also cold in the pool and they did not want to open the parasol that would cover everything above the pool, which at least enjoyed the sun. I point out that we don't have any problem with soldiers and reservists, I myself recently finished about 5 months of reserve. But it's just not proper to accept people for a service and a fun day in such a situation, you should also have informed us that this is the case and that they will put it on the pool for workshops when my partner and I came to relax and rest and we were in swimsuits and everyone there in uniform, we really did not feel comfortable and were disappointed with the place and the service, we suffered more Than we had fun.
