Good morning, I'm really disappointed that they embarrassed my husband and son at the reception. I paid through Spa Plus for a package that includes an additional 60 NIS for Friday and at the reception he was not willing to clarify it. He simply said go up and pay and it appears on the reservation. I ask that they clarify this and award my son's ticket.
