The massage was very good in terms of the masseuse, but the surrounding area was shockingly noisy, as if someone was drumming above us endlessly. We came to relax and left nervous. We discussed it at the reception and also with the hotel manager, and we didn't even receive an answer or an apology.

Hi, my masseuse was very good and very attentive. My husband's masseuse seemed unprofessional enough and he felt she was less experienced and a little hesitant. His experience was much less good than mine. She tried very hard.
