    The meal was good, the massage was excellent, but unlike the good and long years we have been booking in Hadera, the use of the facilities was lacking. Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool. It was really lacking. The waiting time between the meal and the massage was nerve-wracking. My friend and I celebrated a birthday and it was missing to complete the experience.     I purchased a double voucher for the spa for 620 NIS. It turns out there are no additional facilities. Just a 45-minute massage. Relatively expensive price just for a massage. It was a professional massage. Good therapists. The place was a bit noisy because the staff room is adjacent to the spa. They shouted in Arabic and stuff. I didn't like it.

    I had a massage yesterday morning at 10 am, with my husband it was terrible to say the least. We arrived and got an upset stomach during the meal when we also smelled an unpleasant smell from the hard egg. We then went down to the spa which has one toilet and 2 attached showers which were really, really small. The women's room I went to put things in the locker had a terrible smell of a woman vacating the bathroom by the time she finished it was time for my treatment. And I had to go to the disabled bathroom to change clothes which felt shocking +++++. When I was getting a massage there was a crazy noise from the air conditioner and it was really hot and the noise was horrible and I couldn't concentrate on the massage. Then I left the massage room and there were 2 men repairing the air conditioners and I had a shocking and unpleasant feeling, especially since I was a post-traumatic rape victim. After the treatment I came back to get dressed and there were 2 women and again I couldn't wash myself due to lack of privacy and change clothes and again she offered me an alternative to change in the disabled bathroom. I left feeling terribly disappointed in the extreme

    The breakfast food was delicious and there was a selection. The spa treatment was good, but what spoiled the whole experience was that the spa facilities were closed. There was no mention of this on the Spa Plus website, and only on the receipt I purchased in PDF did it say that there were no facilities. It was an obligation not to say that there were no facilities. It feels a bit like cheating, especially since I came to celebrate my partner's birthday at the spa and there are no facilities that I know of at this spa, so I took the package.

    Hello, in your advertisement you wrote that it includes a pool, jacuzzi, etc. According to the clerk, this was discontinued two weeks ago and we were not told this when booking, so this is a customer deception. It is my wife's birthday and so we were very disappointed. I did not insist so as not to spoil this day. If I had been aware of this, I would not have booked with you. Other than that, the staff is nice.

    The masseuses 10. The service at the reception 10. The heated pool is spacious and pleasant. For improvement: The additional 50 NIS per person on Fridays is a bit excessive because you never come to the spa alone. So this additional expense is excessive in our opinion. Also, the room with the lockers is cramped and there is no privacy to get dressed properly. Other than that, the hospitality experience is pleasant and good. This is not the first time and certainly not the last time we will be there. Thank you very much.
