The spa is very small..I was a little disappointed..but the massage was really good

I would like to thank you for the fun hosting for my birthday. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the massage. It was fun and pleasant. Highly recommended.

I have to say that I am truly disappointed. I have never been disappointed by a place like this. I spend a lot of time in hotels, spending and throwing money away on fun days. But I have never been so disappointed. I arrived last Saturday with my partner for a fun day at the spa + recreation facilities + a fun day at the pool. I have no complaints about the massage itself, we received a man for him, a woman for me as we requested. They were attentive. But, and a great sorrow. The dining room was shocking! My partner actually pulled a bug out of my food. The drinks were not worthy of a person. And the dining room I was truly shocked, I don't know if this was a one-time fall or a successful method. But God help me. Not only would I not have paid 60 shekels per head for it, but I also wouldn't have entered for free... Beyond that, demanding 120 shekels for entry to the pool after the spa is being impudent. The pool is 1.5 meters in size, the number of people was unreasonable and you could have mentioned this in the reservation before our spa reservation was at 11:00. At 1:00 PM we had already fled the hotel back to our homes, from the congestion, and the inability to even settle in a sane place in the pool area. I think you could have mentioned that the place is currently relatively fully occupied / mentioned that there is an event / mentioned that there is a really respectful number of families. It was not a nice experience at all. I came home crying, because instead of a fun day, I experienced the complete opposite, except for the massage itself, this poor hour. Let's leave aside the fact that because we found ourselves hungry, because of the meal that was really not worth it, we found ourselves paying downstairs for another meal for 150 shekels and the parking that cost us 70 shekels. In short, this day is not something I would return to. Period.

I expected a better massage than just applying oil and stroking. Too bad I was very disappointed. The masseuse didn't even ask during the massage if it was good or not. Very unfortunate.

My reservation was confirmed only 10 minutes before I was supposed to start the massage. I requested a therapist when booking and I received one, and in general the level of the massage was not the highest.

The massage was very good, the experience was good, it's a shame you couldn't use the pool, the breakfast was good.

Instead of 50 minutes, they did 40 minutes!!!! A big disappointment

The service was excellent. The massage was excellent. But it's a small spa that doesn't have much to offer, except for a dry sauna. A good spa should also include a jacuzzi and a wet sauna. But we still enjoyed it. Thank you

Even though we were late in arriving and it seemed like the treatment time would be short, Lela went above and beyond to allow us to fully enjoy the treatment. Her service and that of the therapist team was extremely professional, courteous and caring. I have been to several spas in the past, but this level of service is exceptional. A wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Didn't enjoy the facial massage at all.

Very small spa, average and below average massages. Basic breakfast, small and very cold pool, not suitable at all except in the summer months. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the entire stay.

We arrived at the Orchid Hotel after the hotel we had booked before did not confirm the reservation (without us knowing, we called for days for confirmation but the hotel was closed. They transferred our package to the Orchid. It was an amazing massage. We enjoyed every moment, including the drinks and the pool. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay, the girl at the reception was smiling and late, the nurses were great! My partner and I had a great time, there was a sterility that made it an excellent experience for us. Thank you.

Hey, it was a reasonable massage. But the biggest problem was the lady who massaged my husband and came with shoes that made a knocking noise every time she moved and she moved a lot.. It really disturbed the atmosphere and the treatment. She seemed impatient.. Other than that, my therapist was very nice and the lady at the reception was also welcoming.
