A fun and pleasant experience regarding the massage, a little too much oil. The complex regarding the sauna and the toilets needs more cleaning, pleasant smelling materials. It should be noted that the towels and robes are of a very pleasant level and utensils. Breakfast in an excellent location and service. We enjoyed it very much, thank you very much :)

Galit, let's start with the fact that the massage itself was excellent! Now the minuses: - It took a long time to find the place - The masseuse didn't understand a word of Hebrew, wouldn't communicate with me at all, didn't ask what to focus on or where to be careful (I've had a lot of surgeries). In the end, the massage was excellent, but not pleasant at all in terms of communication with her. - After the massage, we were given a room and you told us that it would be ours until we left. There we put our bags and went to the restaurant. At the restaurant: - A nice waitress took our order. It took a long time for them to serve us (nearly half an hour to make two eggs...) - Another waitress brought the food, but she didn't know what was mine and what was my wife's. We asked to know, so she said "I don't know, sorry." Only after we insisted did she take the dishes back and return after a few more minutes with an answer. - When we were close to the end, we saw at other tables that everyone had received a tray with dips. We asked if we were supposed to get it too, so they said that of course we did, and only then did they bring it to us (when we almost had no bread left to dip...) - The waitress who brought the tray said that she would soon bring a Belgian waffle. Of course, they only brought it after we asked at the end of the meal, and they brought a burnt and inedible waffle. - We told everything to the person on duty, who was really very nice, but in reality she only apologized that the waitresses were new... Back to the spa: - We went back to continue the fun, we were very surprised that "our" room was occupied and someone was getting a massage there. Even when we waited for her to finish, they couldn't tell us where all our things were and it took a while for us to find everything. - Luckily, there was a masseuse who was also waiting for the same room because he also had things there and he helped us as much as he could - The pool wasn't really pleasant, because it turned out to be an apartment building pool and not the spa's. It wasn't a spa experience, but just a pool party with a lot of nervous people (someone started yelling at me, but when I answered him, he suddenly said, "I'm a little Hebrew"...) But let's end on a good note - Galit, you're stunning. Nice and cheerful. It's just a shame you weren't there, because I'm sure you would have taken much better care of us than that...

The place is not clean. Including the spa, the jacuzzi is not inviting, and not clean. The locker room is crowded, narrow and not suitable for changing. The breakfast is excellent. The infrastructure is neglected. The employees there were all kind and nice. The treatment - my wife says that the therapist is very gentle and even when she asked her to be stronger, she was so weak that she did not feel the treatment. The therapist Svetlana is very professional but does not focus on pampering treatment but rather on therapeutic treatment - that is, if the purpose of the treatment was therapeutic, then her work would be appropriate. Overall, it was not a pampering and inviting experience, especially in light of the infrastructure, the lack of cleanliness. The inconsistency between what is desired and what is available, as far as I can see. I spend a lot of time in spas all over the country.

Hello, we visited your spa today and she was involved - the spa manager is professional, pleasant, responsible and humane. Apart from her, the experience was bad for the three of us. The massages were at the lowest level in the world, the masseuses acted as if they were doing a favor and did not want to be in the room. The massage was unprofessional and did not cause any release at all, the oil was cold, there was no reference to the Topaz that we filled out before the visit, including medical problems. In addition, the place looks like it is undergoing renovation or needs one, quite different from the pictures. In conclusion, the spa manager is amazing, but the overall experience was at a low level. Thank you, Ortal Sinai.

Good evening, I arrived with my daughters for a fun day to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The receptionist welcomed us with a lot of warmth, love, and care, wanting to give as much as possible. She explained where everything was and took care of everything. The main thing was that we would be comfortable and pleasant. I went in for a massage with the masseuse who spoke Spanish. I'm not mistaken. She was shocking, unprofessional, and unpleasant at all. I felt that she was very nervous and after spinal surgery, she didn't even ask what it was. It's a shame. I really wanted to get up in the middle. The daughter of Aquarius also had a massage in the same room with me, and she felt the same way.

The entire staff was lovely and provided service and answered everything!! The location of the spa is excellent but unfortunately the complex with the pool, jacuzzi, changing rooms was not clean in any way. The massages were nothing more than nice.
