Your staff is lovely, kind, very helpful and Sergey's massage was excellent. However, the showers are very run down and very dark so we had to use our phone flashlights to find things in our bags and lockers. It's a shame because professionally you are really good.

It's not just the treatment that matters, but the entire hospitality experience. The place is not maintained, not clean, not cared for. There is no proper lighting in the showers, lack of toilet paper. The pool is maintained below all criticism! Such a beautiful place, shameful maintenance. The girls at the reception are helpful and nice. The treatment was good. I will not return to this spa.

The massage was good. The reception staff was really pleasant and welcoming. The outdoor pool is perfect. It's a shame that the taps in the two locker rooms are not working properly. Another thing, it would be nice if they put cookies in the coffee corner.

We must note that we arrived at the place in the morning at the reception. Carmit welcomed us with a smile and love. She gave us the voucher for breakfast and came to show us the way to the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant and received an amazing breakfast there that does not shame one of the most renowned restaurants in Tel Aviv. Fresh, hot food, not burnt, everything is made to measure. They gave us excellent service. They responded to every request we had. After a pampering meal, we returned to the spa and in the meantime, we splashed around in the pool, which was clean, pleasant, not too hot, not too cold. Then came the moment of the massage, which was a whole other world. The masseuses were attentive and we enjoyed every moment. What is certain is that we will return there again. A simple place.
