I came with my family to celebrate my birthday. I must say that the service of the attendants and the atmosphere at the spa were excellent, but on the other hand, the massage itself was the worst. I asked for a deep tissue massage and in fact I received a classic massage. In addition, I was asked if I wanted to add an additional payment for oil supplements in any case during the massage. I asked if there was any confusion. I signed up for a deep tissue massage. The masseuse claimed that she was just warming up, and continued the massage. It is important to note that in addition, my wife and children also had a massage and they were very satisfied. In my opinion, the lack of response to the customer's needs was the problem with the masseuse. I was disappointed. I also reported this to the attendants about the unpleasant experience to say the least. At the reception they said that he would get back to me, waiting to talk, thank you and happy holidays.

No warm feeling... small place... annoying, monotonous and not relaxing music in the massage room. The massage was excellent, the therapist was excellent and charming. The girls at the reception were also really welcoming, helpful and everything was done on time. I rated 4 stars because there was a feeling of lack of hygiene in the showers/toilets and there was a lack of types of milk to drink, they brought me specifically and it didn't feel pleasant. Finally, the dry sauna felt too hot and the two saunas are really small and placed in the hallway, it's not a spa experience as such. But overall a positive experience but I don't think I'll be back

We arrived for a spa day that was supposed to be a pampering and relaxing experience, but unfortunately we left very disappointed. Our main feeling at the end of the day was that there simply wasn't a real spa experience here. When we arrived in the morning, we didn't receive robes, a locker, and slippers, claiming that they were only given near the time of the massage. This is unclear and unreasonable when you pay for a spa day that includes use of the facilities throughout the day, and not just for a treatment. The facilities themselves also don't provide a spa experience in our opinion. This is mainly the hotel's outdoor pool, which was full of families and children. The two saunas on site are so small and uninviting that during our stay they were actually left unused by anyone. Instead of the quiet, calm, and intimate atmosphere that you expect to get on a spa day, the feeling is more like spending time at a regular hotel pool. Breakfast is the hotel's breakfast. We waited a long time for coffee, and the Benedict dish was simply embarrassing – a tiny dish served on a simple piece of sliced bread. Definitely not what you would expect from a hotel breakfast that is supposed to complete a spa day package. There was no sense of calm in the waiting area for the massages either. The place was so packed that my partner and I had to sit together on the same chair. It felt more like a “massage factory” than a spa that is supposed to provide a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. When it was time for the massage, I entered a couples treatment room, where there was an additional massage bed available. Since my partner and I had booked massages for the same time, I asked to have the treatments together in the same room instead of in separate rooms, but was told that was not possible. I did not receive a clear explanation as to why, especially since the treatments took place at the same time and the bed next to me was left vacant and empty. The level of maintenance and cleanliness was also very poor. The toilets in the spa were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and one of the handles simply remained in my hand. The situation was so unpleasant that my partner preferred to hold back and go to the bathroom in the hotel lobby. Ultimately, when you pay for a spa day, you expect to get a complete experience – a quiet and inviting place, decent facilities, pleasant relaxation areas, meticulous service and an atmosphere that allows you to disconnect and relax. Unfortunately, that’s not what we got. We got an outdoor hotel pool packed with families and children, two tiny and uninviting saunas, a crowded treatment area, poorly maintained toilets and a general feeling of congestion. A massage in itself does not make a visit a “spa day”. A spa experience is the whole – and the whole here simply was not.

It was a terrible experience, you really ruined our birthday. They didn't mention to us that they don't accept EMI at any stage of the booking process, and when we got to the spa we had to pay by credit card - I won't order from you again!!

A good experience in general. The fact that you don't get a locker for the entire stay and leave your belongings in some corner, or carry your bag all day... it's not really luxurious and in line with the price and the atmosphere.

The massage was nice, for this price I would have expected more. The reception staff at the spa complex are welcoming but the service is mediocre.. and the pool is full of crows and bees. Score 6.5/10
