The masseuses are excellent, they work exceptionally well. The guest room is very old-fashioned, not luxurious, the refreshments are very poor, the drinks are not tasty and the champagne, which is a very cheap Muscat wine, is served in plastic cups.

Our first time, an excellent experience, we had a fun day - Meir Panim staff, top spa and treatments, large pool, very clean and well-maintained, we will definitely be back.

The hotel facilities greatly affect the experience and add to it. When the pool is closed, the spa is relatively sparse and I would recommend it less. Another important thing to note - the robes given out in the spa are really inappropriate - gray from washing or from the time they were worn, thin and terribly faded. It is very unpleasant to walk around in them and it hurts the feeling. The massage itself was excellent.

Reception and service Luca We didn't get the wine on time (only when leaving because we remembered). The location of the spa on the site is wrong and not directed to Dan Caesarea - we were almost late for the massage. I called and the girl at the reception was really rude and basically said - it's your problem. Customer service Luca The massage was nice.. The whole experience is not worth 1500 shekels. All the facilities were closed, except for the sauna, where you can't be in for more than ten minutes.. Short of your disappointment :)

I'm sorry, but I intend to leave in an orderly manner. The robes we received are old and look very bad. The towels are the same. The sauna didn't work. They asked for a technician to come, but he didn't. It's very sad that my daughter's birthday experience was ruined.

I came with a friend with the intention of having fun on the morning of my wedding. We were going to swim in the pool, have saunas and massages. In the end, the pool was closed (without notice!) The wet sauna was not working, and all we had to do was use the dry sauna while we waited for the massage. Which was fine. All the staff treated us coldly, said that the confirmation message said that the pool was closed (which it wasn't), and did nothing about the wet sauna. They didn't open the shower next to the saunas for us, we had to move it to the shower after the reception. Quite a disgrace.
