It's not a cheap spa (even after the discount), and it's not particularly diverse, but I was pleased with the attitude of the staff, both administrative and therapeutic, and the quality of the treatment. Uri, the massage therapist, used a combination of approaches, tailored to the needs of each organ in the body. I left the treatment feeling like a new and liberated person.

The hotel is very beautiful. The massage was excellent in the spa. There is a lack of a jacuzzi or private pool to maximize the service. There is potential for this outside :)

The masseuse was a nice light and the massage was really pleasant and at the same time relaxing and touched all the aching bones that needed release. Using hot stones was very helpful, the massage was amazing. The masseuse Galia, I think, not only did a professional massage but also helped me and brought me water twice because I'm pregnant?

The truth is that I was really angry with the reception and due to the fact that there is no Wiz or GeePass we were seven minutes late getting off our treatment and then we asked for a moment to pee after a long drive and he said that it would take away from the treatment time and I was so frustrated that I just went in nervous and their therapists felt it and we felt that the treatment was half done and just rushed to get everywhere to make it in the time we had left. After they took away the time we peeed, we had 35 minutes left for the treatment that cost a thousand NIS and we felt crazy disrespected. We do not recommend and more than that we will tell our friends about the bad experience we had with you. I personally, as a masseuse myself, know that there is a limit to what we can do and here there was no sensitivity or restraint and it was not worth the money we paid. Shame on you.

The spa was excellent!! Really high standard. We were disappointed with the breakfast - most of the food was not fresh at all (we were there on the first day and it was obvious that most of the food was left over from Saturday). The hotel is not clean at all!! When we reported this to the employees, they claimed that the hotel was fully booked yesterday - but for a guest staying the day after, the answer is really not satisfactory.
