It was perfect, the entire staff was professional and pleasant, the sweet lady at the reception and the masseuses did a wonderful job. I recommend keeping the receptionist and raising her salary, or at least giving her the prospect of a significant promotion. It's not every day you find such a great employee! Yes, I would add some kind of lock to the shower and the locker room.

I have never encountered such a service experience at a spa in Israel. Over time, I learned that what makes the experience are the people. Amazing staff, professional therapist. And all this after I canceled the first time half an hour before because I had a personal family situation. They saved my appointment for another time. And when I arrived, I just knew that this was the place I would return to be pampered. Thank you very much and see you soon ???
