We arrived for treatment and they rushed to start without asking if there was a part of the body that hurt/had a problem. For this price I would have expected them to ask. Overall, it felt like the treatment was rushed and didn't feel relaxing. The facilities are good

It is important for me to note in advance that the masseur himself was excellent – professional, attentive and I really enjoyed the massage. The criticism is about the envelope surrounding the experience. Upon arrival at the spa, a vacuum cleaner was turned on right at the entrance. It is customary to turn it off when guests arrive, and certainly when you try to talk to the staff and can't hear anything because of the noise. Breakfast Most of the salads were not seasoned at all or were seasoned very weakly. In addition, the orange juice/lemonade had an artificial flavor – this does not meet the standards of a hotel of this level. The pool and facilities We were told that the pool was heated, but in reality the temperature did not feel that way. The day before I had been in a heated pool at another hotel, and the difference was significant. The wet sauna also did not work properly – weak steam and inconsistent heat. The reception experience When I mentioned that I had a voucher “in greetings” and the rest on credit, you could sense discomfort from the representative, as if changing the reservation was a hassle – even though I had informed them of this in advance and was told that everything was fine. Maintenance and design Even though this is a new hotel, the wallpaper started to peel off due to humidity and there were lots of swellings on the walls – it's a shame to see such a situation in such a short time. Relaxation room After the massage, we entered the relaxation room and the phone at reception didn't stop ringing. The clerk wasn't there – and it was just really noisy and annoying. Even when she came and spoke on the phone – it was very disturbing. A relaxation room is supposed to be a quiet area. In my opinion, the reception shouldn't be so close to this room. Light refreshments The refreshments served were not inviting. It looked like they had been sitting in jars for a long time and weren't maintained throughout the day. Overall, the massage itself was excellent, but everything around it significantly damaged the experience. I hope you will use the review for improvement – there is potential here, but there are quite a few points that require attention.
