The massage was successful, the facilities in the spa complex are overall good, but small and cramped (although in reality there were no other people, but it's a bit hard to imagine what it would be like with 2 more couples). The facilities shared with other hotel guests are cramped and noisy, but there was no significant expectation from them.

The truth is that the treatment was good. The room is nice but old. There is no place to rest before and after the spa.

The massage is great but the spa is really not that pampering. Even though our reservation says it includes access to the spa, sauna, etc., when we arrived we were told that everything except the pool was an additional charge. We were disappointed.

My boyfriend and I came there for a massage. It was really nice, although the therapists really didn't understand Hebrew and we couldn't tell them exactly or inform them about areas and get the massage 100 percent, but they welcomed us with fun and the place is really beautiful and cozy.
