The therapist was lovely, which was really not nice, they opened the door for us in the middle of the treatment, which was really, really unpleasant. I'm Haredi and it shocked me. And the room is really small... not suitable for a hotel

There were 2 therapists. Ruthie was fine, the other, who didn't introduce herself by name, was less good. The spa itself needs improvement - there is no background music and especially when there is construction noise in the background it doesn't help to relax. There is no reception area and it is unpleasant to wait in the elevator lobby. There are no robes and there is no minimal tea corner in the complex.

Anna, the therapist, was excellent. I don't remember the other therapist's name. She was nice, more caressing. Next time, she will be more attentive to the requests that are stated in the health declaration. If not, then there's no need to ask.

We had a couples massage with 2 lovely and good therapists who did a wonderful job and with an amazing touch. The room was too crowded for a couple and the overall hospitality experience needs improvement. The entrance is not inviting, there is no water to drink, a cramped room where you can barely move and no rest area before/after
