The therapists were very nice and tried to make every step of the treatment accessible. The massage itself was excellent and the whole atmosphere was good. Highly recommend!

The connection between this place and the spa is completely coincidental, it's a simple treatment room, no atmosphere, not even music during the treatment. We arrived ten minutes before the scheduled treatment time, when the masseurs hadn't even arrived. When there wasn't even a place to wait. Too bad about the deception.

A masseuse named Gilad, I asked hard and finally received a high-level massage! Highly recommended!!!

A dirty place, not inviting at all. One of the therapists didn't know how to massage. A real disgrace. I'll mention that Sarah, the therapist, was perfect!!

We scheduled a massage for 4:00 PM, we asked for robes from the reception at 3:30 PM for the room, the robes did not arrive, and we left for the massage at 3:55 PM without robes. We arrived and the therapist said he was delayed from here to there, the therapist arrived at 4:26 PM and we started the massage at 4:30 PM. This is disrespectful to the customer! What's more, the massage ended at 5:10 PM (a massage that was supposed to take 50 minutes took 40) A really, really bad experience, we complained at the reception and until now they haven't gotten back to us

The hotel itself was good, great breakfast, stunning hotel design and excellent location. One thing I didn't like at all was the massage at the spa. My partner's treatment was a combined massage done by a therapist, he said it was fine. The treatment the therapist gave me was not good at all, I didn't feel any massage and no in-depth treatment of painful areas. It felt like there was a lot of chaos during the treatment, it didn't feel professional at all. Feels like she didn't learn the profession at all. Overall a nice vacation experience :)

Two days after the treatment and my back really hurts in the places where the massage was. This is the first time this has happened to me.

We massaged my mother, my 2 sisters-in-law, and me in a row, listen carefully!! Most recommended in the world!! The masseuse is super cute! A conversationalist! And of course, pampering and caring! Ten out of ten! We left very satisfied!!

The massage was amazing. My wife has never felt so relaxed after a massage before.

You can't call the place a spa, you can't call the therapists, the therapists who coordinate don't know how to coordinate, in short, you're a place of liars with crappy service, you're lucky the hotel backs you up

It was great, a good therapist. I would love to have oil instead of butter, but the therapist is still good.
