Thank you for the professional treatment. The therapists were absolutely fine. We will be back again, God willing. It's just a shame that we were informed at the last minute that my husband would not be able to receive a hot stone treatment.

A very disappointing experience and appalling service at the Ramada Hotel Spa. We purchased a fun day out of the expectation of enjoying and relaxing, but when we arrived we discovered that the outdoor pool was closed — without being notified in advance at the time of purchase. The massage took place in a room with a non-working air conditioner, in unbearable heat, when it was about 30 degrees outside. In addition, the massage started 10 minutes late and actually lasted only 35 minutes instead of the 45 minutes we paid for. The atmosphere is also far from what is expected of a spa: a creaking and noisy door, no soothing music, and no sense of peace or calm. The reception area is used both for waiting and resting, so even after the treatment there is no pleasant and quiet place to rest. Instead of a fun day, we received an oppressive and unbearable experience. This is not the return we were promised and not the level of service expected from a hotel spa. I expect the management to take the deficiencies seriously and provide an appropriate response and compensation.

There was no change for the receptionist. Instead of 300 shekels I paid 400 shekels. Not right at all.

The massage was good. The sauna was not working properly and we were really disappointed. They also said they would bring it every time, but in vain. Another thing is that there are not enough nurses in the spa for a massage. The two sisters were together because there were no available rooms and they went up to the hotel room. It is not respectful at all, it is not professional and it is not at the level that it is conducted. It was my birthday and we were really disappointed.

The treatment itself was fine. But the rest of the package was okay. Starting with the breakfast, the milk was expired, there is not a large selection, I recommend eating breakfast in a cafe and not in this hotel. Most of the lockers are broken, it took a very long time until I found a locker that I could use. The spa robes did not have the belt and robe tie, after I complained and asked, they made sure to bring me one... In short, compared to other places I have been in the center and the north, there are many, many things to improve. I will not return to this book.
