We really enjoyed the spa treatment. The therapist Tamar was excellent and professional. The breakfast at the hotel was of a low standard. Not stimulating and not to our taste at all.

The treatments themselves were fine, except for the renovated and cozy locker rooms. The place itself is very tired (it's a shame that the lockers are so old and half of them downstairs are occupied or falling apart). We arrived at 9 for the 11 treatment to enjoy the surroundings. The treatment room was still dark and we didn't get a robe and slippers when we arrived, but only a few tiny towels (why don't they just bring 2 large towels?) We only received the rules 10 minutes before the treatment. Why not before? At the treatment room, there were Passover cookies for refreshments, which we were sure would be replaced after someone arrived because when we arrived, the place was dark. We were surprised to find that the refreshments remained the same, which probably hadn't been replaced since Passover. Or not a month. There was only one type of snack and in general, no music, no atmosphere and it feels like it's run by people who care less. We won't be back, unfortunately.
