Unfortunately, the experience was not as I expected. The breakfast was very poor and the pool was deserted. The hotel was of a low standard, and this was after I booked at the Daniel Hotel and wanted to maintain the same level. I will not be booking again.

The massage was pampering, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the breakfast. They didn't confirm the reservation when I made a reservation a month in advance, and I thought the massage time was different, so we arrived exactly at the massage time. They delayed our massage by a few minutes and didn't really enjoy the breakfast. Beyond that, on the day of the reservation they called and said that because I requested a double room, it would be an extra 50 shekels. Nothing was mentioned at the time of the reservation. Disappointing. A suggestion for improvement: call the customer and confirm the reservation by phone and verify changes if necessary.

Everything is nice and beautiful, the place itself. But my friend and I were not so satisfied with the massage. I personally asked to concentrate on a specific place that hurt me and it was not there.. I feel like there is a smell of time being stretched. Slow and gentle massage. No deep tissue massage, mainly caresses. We left disappointed and with tight muscles. We did not feel comfortable waking them up in the middle of the massage and we also expected something good to happen in a moment, and it did not happen.
