Hi, thanks for the hospitality. A partition is required between the men's and women's restrooms. If you open the door, you can see who is inside. Not pleasant. It is necessary to keep quiet, it was noisy in the rest room. A window that opens, which could add a name or a view - really closed. Excellent breakfast and excellent massage. Excellent attitude, perfect location - it is worth highlighting in the description. We enjoyed it all, although it feels cramped. I would add a focus on the larger room. The foyer is more inviting and warm, but small. Thank you

The masseuse from Mefal was perfect and was very attentive to what I asked for! Jasmine was there from the beginning, from the closing of the order to the end, always making sure that everything was okay and that we had everything. Really 10/10 service. There is really nothing to say, just go for it and you will succeed! We will be back for the third time and we will recommend it :)

I came to celebrate a birthday and was pleasantly surprised. The place is very cozy with a nice relaxation room, but the person who made the whole experience exceed my expectations was the masseuse Yanka, who is professional on another level and beyond that, with amazing energy and simply read my mental state by the body and left me speechless. The clerks were antipathetic, which is a shame. Value above and beyond

Hello, unfortunately this was the worst massage I have ever had. The masseuse, Coral, was not attentive to me throughout the treatment. Right at the beginning of the massage, I explained that I didn’t like the hands and feet being touched and that I preferred to focus on the lower back and shoulder blades, but I was told that it was a “muscle relaxation massage” and that there was no need to focus on the painful area. I mentioned to her that I get massages regularly and know what kind of experience I was expecting, but the response I received was dismissive and unpleasant. Despite asking several times to reduce the work on the hands, the masseuse continued to linger on them for a long time, and when I said that I was uncomfortable, I was told that it was “part of the massage.” At one point, I simply waited for the time to run out, and even considered leaving in the middle of the treatment. Unfortunately, instead of leaving feeling calm and relaxed, I left very disappointed with the experience. What added to the disappointment was that my friends, who were also in the massage, actually enjoyed themselves a lot — so my feeling is that my personal experience was simply not handled in a professional and attentive manner. It is important for me to note that we often stay at the Roxon Hotel, and most recently my husband and I stayed with you last Thursday-Friday. In addition, I am already closing another weekend next month with four couples of our friends at the hotel, so it was important for me to share with you the unpleasant feeling I had with her. I am very sorry to leave this way from a spa experience in a place we love to return to, hoping that you will take this into account and improve the experience for future customers. The food was very poor, except for the breakfast which was nice. Everything else did not meet our expectations at all, which is a shame. First of all, there is not much to do except for the pool. Not even a jacuzzi, which is what any other spa I have been to to date is supposed to offer. One more thing - one of the therapists was just there to caress and nothing more!! We were really disappointed and will not go back there.

Excellent massage, the therapist finds the busy areas and focuses on them professionally. Combining it with a sauna and a short swim in the pool after the massage really helps to relax.

There is no doubt that it was a comfortable welcome experience with the refreshments and drinks. The massage was pleasant and thoughtful. The pool, sauna, and shower are pleasant. The only drawback is that it is a bit expensive, but I enjoyed it so it was worth it.

Today we celebrated my husband's 50th birthday. We started with a good breakfast and moved to the spa, there was a pleasant welcome with refreshments and champagne. The staff really tried their best and arranged for my husband balloons and a wreath on his head which was really cute. The massage was fun and we would definitely recommend it to friends. ?
