My husband and I arrived for a couples spa treatment at the Roxon Hotel Ramat Gan, and we left satisfied beyond expectations. The atmosphere and welcome: From the moment we entered, we felt the peace and tranquility. The receptionist at the complex welcomed us warmly, courteously and with a broad smile, and took care of all the little details so that we could start the day on the right foot. The place is clean to the highest standard and creates a luxurious atmosphere that immediately disconnects us from the routine. The couples treatment: The two therapists who treated us were simply exceptional! They were highly professional, attentive to every need of the body, and very precise. A relaxing, liberating and especially pampering experience that allowed us both to enjoy quality and liberating time as a couple. Highly recommend to any couple looking for quality pampering, true relaxation and the highest level of service. We will definitely come back here again!

The massage was good and so was the place, but we were asked to add 50 NIS for a double room that was already available, and even though we had ordered a couples massage voucher (in the romantic way), it was an unnecessary and disrespectful addition.

The massage itself was excellent, but it took me a week to get something on the phone for Bella. Needs improvement. I didn't like that they asked me before the treatment how we pay, especially since you have a credit card. Let a person leave the treatment. What's the point of talking straight about money?? What does it matter how we pay, in this case? The massage was excellent. A lovely therapist!!!

Hi! Amazing massage! Stunning therapist, amazing experience! But Yasmin from management is terrible. Speaks to customers disgustingly. Doesn't properly address the website's errors. Doesn't know how to give the customer an experience. We've never encountered such a disgusting person. Luckily the therapists were good to us.

Yasmin was charming and kind on the phone, and when we arrived she greeted us with a smile and professionalism. I received a top-notch massage from Avi, a truly charming and professional guy! Throughout the treatment, he made sure that the treatment was tailored to me and at the right intensity for me. My husband was with a therapist whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember, but she was also excellent! The room is relaxing after the treatment, and is well-stocked with cold and hot drinks, all kinds of special infusions, coffee, Ness Coffee, cookies, dried fruits, almonds and nuts, in short, plenty! Highly recommend the spa.

The service was pleasant by the receptionist regarding the massage - it felt unprofessional and that the hot stones I paid extra for were not good - the masseuse didn't know how to use them at the right temperature so she may have used them twice and even then didn't know how. It's terribly disappointing to get a massage when all you wanted was a fun day with a good massage. Regarding the pool - my friends and I were told that we could order food at the pool, while when we arrived the bartender said there was only pizza and drinks and that the coupon wasn't valid yet. (Where is the entire menu that was shown to us?) I definitely won't be back and I won't recommend you.

Very good massage. The problem is that after it you go up to the pool and it's shocking. The cleanliness, the maintenance of the pool and the music is too loud. We ran away after half an hour. We paid 880 NIS for a 50-minute couples massage. Very annoying. Don't offer a spa day for couples in a pool full of children with floaties. Not to mention there is no place to lie in the pool.

The massage only lasted 15 minutes, no compensation, no advance notice, the conduct around the appointment was poor and unpleasant. Even though I filled out the health declaration in advance, there was no reference to my medical condition at the reception and I had to make sure in the treatment room that the (lovely) masseuse had received training to do massage for pregnant women. In summary, the massage was good but very short, improper conduct throughout the entire stay.
