I don't tend to write reviews, but unfortunately I have to. We were at the spa for my husband's birthday celebration. When we arrived, there was chaos - couples who came at the same time, the cleaners were still working and delayed entry to the massage, and it was still dirty afterwards. We felt like we were being "thrown" forms at us to move forward quickly. We started the massage late in a double room with a jacuzzi. I got a therapist who was very nice but it wasn't a massage. My husband got a therapist who he thought was great. The massage was shorter than he had booked, my therapist kept telling the other therapist to pay attention to the time. They didn't let us enjoy the jacuzzi in the double room either, so why did I upgrade? The facilities didn't work well, we were only in the pool and unfortunately we were cut off after a short time.

We were at You Boutique today for a bachelorette party, 7 girls, and it's really a shame that the experience was ruined by the service at the spa. There was an employee named Anastasia, and her attitude was really unpleasant. We had a problem with our reservation, and instead of trying to help or find a solution, she was simply not helpful at all and her attitude was dismissive. We came to celebrate and have fun, and in the end we left with a really bad feeling. It's a shame that this is how customers are treated, especially at a special event like a bachelorette party.
