This is the fifth time we have been to Fun Day and we are always satisfied with the treatment and the atmosphere. This time, unfortunately, the experience was different. We were booked for treatment at 11:00, we arrived ten minutes before to get organized and start on time. My mother, an 82-year-old woman, is the reason why we come back, she always enjoys it. However, this time we waited 40 minutes for the treatment. There was complete chaos!!! Many people were waiting outside and the atmosphere was unpleasant. There was no air in the place. For the treatment, we had to go down the stairs (about 16) and I couldn't take my mother back up again because it was very difficult for her to do it twice. Moreover, my treatment was shortened by ten minutes even though I paid for 50 minutes. We came to celebrate and rejoice together and the feeling this time was different than ever and disappointing. It should be noted that the therapists were lovely and that's why we always come back! But the organization and order was really problematic and for an 82-year-old woman it was an unpleasant experience for me too. I would appreciate your consideration. Thank you!

We had a Swedish massage in one room with 2 masseuses, we waited for the massage in a small place without chairs for about 10 minutes. Yanir initially got a masseuse who more caressed the body with oil, and when he claimed to her that he didn't feel the massage, she started to get annoyed with him. It was an unpleasant feeling to say the least, so we switched. Yanir continued the massage with the masseuse who massaged me. She was professional and gave a professional and strong, liberating massage. The masseuse who massaged Zohar was not nice, unprofessional, impatient, and unmotivated. I can say that I will not return to the spa again, certainly not for a massage. In addition to all this, they shortened our massage by 5 minutes instead of half an hour, 25 minutes. It's a shame that such a respectable hotel of a well-known chain has unprofessional and unprofessional people

Hello, I booked 2 treatments for my wife and me in two separate rooms on 06/22/202. Today, 07/28/2026 at 2:00 PM, when the treatments were supposed to start, we were informed that it was not possible for my wife and I to be treated in two separate rooms as we had booked, or that we would be put in one room, or that our treatments would be canceled. Since my wife really wanted treatment, I had to agree to her request. This was to the dismay of both of us. I would like to review our complaint. The fact that the hotel took on treatments for almost all of its guests created pressure that did not justify our request, which was closed ahead of schedule more than a month ago. Beautiful and clean hotel. The service was excellent. I recommended it to friends and family. We will return to the hotel again soon. The most important thing I didn't mention is the view from the room and from everywhere in the hotel. The masseuses were thoughtful. I enjoyed the treatment, not just me, but all of us.
