I don't recommend it. I wouldn't go back to the spa again. The waiting room stinks so much you can't breathe and the therapists are of a very low standard.

The massage was bad!!! The call center acted just awful!!!! Really disappointed that I wasted my time and lost money to suffer and suffer, I had the intention of surprising my wife for her birthday and in the end we left disappointed. Really unfortunate and sad.

Everything was good, including the massage, we celebrated Women's Day with the nurses. The staff was very kind, about the therapist named Goga. My little sister, who was 26 weeks pregnant, really loved Goga's massage. Highly recommend.

Hi, after booking I waited for confirmation from the spa itself but unfortunately there was no response even when I called them they don't answer and what's more they just answer and hang up on purpose!!! They didn't answer on WhatsApp either only after I contacted the hotel to pass a message to the spa they answered on WhatsApp and when I asked why they weren't answering the answer was that there wasn't enough staff. When we physically arrived at the spa on our fun day the representatives at the spa are really not nice you tell them good morning thank you etc they don't answer and always with faces regarding the spa and the massage was very fun and the therapists were very sympathetic. The hotel is excellent the food is delicious and the pool is very fun but the price is very expensive in my opinion we paid almost 1200 shekels we booked a 75 minute Swedish massage and breakfast

We took a breakfast package and the spa. The breakfast was good, however, the massage was less so... There was confusion with the therapists at first and everything was delayed and the massage started late. In addition to that, the masseuses were also tired and did not massage properly. They worked mainly with elbows and did not apply any pressure, so it was clear that they were tired and did not have the strength to do anything at all... It's a shame. We expected to receive at least a light massage, but we received caresses... It sucks that I'm celebrating our wedding anniversary.

There was no attitude at all from the spa reception when we needed help. The sauna didn't work and they told us to go to the men's sauna until someone cute came and helped us.
