The hotel is really dirty, the pool area is full of trash and dirt, cigarettes on the floor, spilled drinks, smelly toilets and lockers. The spa itself was nice and calm, the secretary was completely confused, forgot to sign us a health declaration. The two foreign therapists were nice and gave me and my daughter a nice massage and nothing more. I will not go back there.

The treatments are excellent! The therapists are lovely! The problem is not with the treatment but with the hotel. The pool we paid to come to for a fun day is of a low standard, the infrastructure is not maintained, the pool area is very crowded and the pool borders on a paddling pool.

It was a very pleasant and good experience. Anat at the reception was sweet and patient, and the therapists we were with were amazing and attentive. I recommend Marina. She was gentle with me and listened to my body and what I needed. She really tailored the treatment to me. The spa itself is nice and cozy, and the pool is cute upstairs and there is a really good atmosphere. What does suck is the hotel elevator, which is very old and we were afraid of getting stuck there, and there are no additional facilities like a jacuzzi and sauna. But other than that, a good and pleasant experience. Definitely recommend.
