Today we had a massage at your place. My mother's back was seized! She can't move, she can't walk, she's in pain all over!!!!! I'm just shocked. It's unprofessional, apparently the act did her no good. I came to you with a compensation voucher and paid for another person and now I'm left dissatisfied again. I'm asking for a refund immediately.

The masseuses were amazing, we really enjoyed every moment, yes it's important to mention the receptionist, we were supposed to ask for a robe and slippers (as we were promised in advance), it was really a procedure for her to bring us, we were pretty much on our own and there wasn't much of a welcome.
