The massage was fine, but the saunas were not hot enough, the wet sauna was really cold. In addition, the location of the shower and lockers outside the spa area is inconvenient. I asked to bring shampoo and conditioner like in a hotel room to wash my hair after a scalp massage with oil and I got an answer that it was not possible because the spa is not part of the hotel... I had to go to the reception and ask myself. It seemed a bit strange to me... Overall, the experience was not luxurious and I think it's a shame...

Noya, the masseuse, is very good at massaging, but less so at making the patient feel comfortable. We both left the massage with the feeling that there was a gap between the high level of professionalism she demonstrated and the fact that the space she created around her was not a calm, accepting space.

New hotel in Eilat, designed to a crazy standard. Large and spacious rooms, large balcony. Everything above standard. Exceptional reception service, courteous and dedicated. Crazy health and spa complex. Excellent food with a rich selection, no bad words to say, a hotel with great potential, in my opinion the best I've been to in Israel. See you in the summer of 2026 without a vow.
