The experience was excellent. My and my wife's massages were perfect. The only problem was that there was no hot water in the men's showers. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I ordered a fruit platter for us for a couple, it said, worth 225 NIS. What I received was humiliating, and even insulting for the price. It soured the atmosphere a bit, but let's just say I wouldn't recommend purchasing the platter. We did receive an excellent massage and kind treatment from the staff, and I will share that with warmth and love.

We went to many spa places in the center, but I have to recommend Playa Spa with a relaxed atmosphere, professional masseuses (we chose a combined massage with hot stones, really warm hospitality! Services from the heart, there is a pool (not open at the moment due to the season), a dry sauna, a wet sauna and there is an option for breakfast at the hotel (dairy/fish). There are lockers for personal belongings, showers + clean toilets and at the entrance we received a robe, towel and disposable spa slippers, it was fun! We will definitely come again!

We had a Thai oil massage that was very professional, combined oils in the right amount and especially felt the attention and adjustment of the therapists. Very successful. Pleasant welcome, tea/coffee, wine and snacks. Use of the gym and sauna completed the experience for a relaxing, pampering day.
