It wasn't worth the money! Apart from a good massage, we didn't enjoy anything. Small bathroom, loud music, impossible to have a conversation. Breakfast was actually tasty but as simple as possible. Sauna was not used by any guest. That's it... that's all the "spa facilities". There's nothing to look for more than 3 hours. I was disappointed. For the same money in other places you can have a whole day, a 10 times better experience. I won't be back a second time and won't recommend it to friends.

Horrible experience. I arrived 25 minutes before the massage was supposed to start, and there were 8 people in line ahead of me, with only one person at the front desk. Because of the line, I was late for my massage, and of course no one extended my treatment time. I was supposed to pay 440 NIS. I paid 350 NIS using a voucher, and then the receptionist told me that there was no need to add another 90 NIS, because the voucher covered the entire amount. After the massage (which was the only thing that was really nice about this place), I went to get dressed and heard the receptionist asking people: “Are you Vered?”. After that, she entered the dressing room and started talking to me about how I had to pay those 90 NIS. Of course, I have no problem paying them, but it is very unpleasant when I am half naked, when after a massage I want to leave feeling good, and instead they are looking for me all over the spa. After that, I had to stand in line again just to pay those 90 NIS. I shared my feelings with the dark-haired receptionist, and she told me that I was taking things too seriously and spoke to me in a very unpleasant way. In short, this experience ruined my entire impression of the place.

The girl at the reception was very helpful and very nice, the spa and treatment were perfect, the therapists were lovely and professional.. The room looked very old and cramped, the air conditioner was noisy like a tractor? Overall a very good experience, we left satisfied.

The spa was really excellent. The breakfast was reasonable and delicious. The rooftop pool is a bit disappointing. There is no bar for drinks throughout the day, no music and it looks a bit run down. I expected it to be a little more inviting.

We scheduled a couples spa for nine o'clock. My husband went in for treatment at nine and I had to wait a full hour for the therapist. In the end, we were compensated with an additional massage.

We had two therapists, Opal and Sasha who were great!! The spa was clean and well maintained and access to the pool was a big plus. However, we wanted to drink wine and 3 times when we arrived the bottle was empty so they didn't refill it, there was no bartender at the pool bar.

This is the third time I've had a fun day at the spa including breakfast at the hotel. The first two times everything was perfect! This time, unfortunately, I was disappointed. I'll start by saying that the massage was excellent and the therapist was excellent and very attentive, and apart from a small delay at the beginning, everything was excellent! But - the outdoor pool was so dirty that it was scary to enter it, so unfortunately, despite the heat and the desire to refresh ourselves, we didn't dare get into the water. Another thing that was very disappointing was that at breakfast we went out to the balcony for a few minutes to get some air, and when we returned, we discovered that they had already closed the dining room, cleared all the plates from our table, turned off the coffee machine, and picked up all the food from the buffet without any prior notice from the staff. So, unfortunately, we weren't even able to get our morning coffee. When I asked for a cup of coffee at least, they told us it was impossible because the machine was closed and offered us an alternative of a coffee stand (Nes Coffee) and tea in the lobby... It was very disappointing. I would have expected that they would at least inform diners in the dining room area that they were closing in case they wanted to grab some last minute items, as is customary everywhere.
