The spa facilities are excellent, the place was clean and tidy and the service at the reception was very kind. Unfortunately we discovered that there was no coffee in the complex and it was also not possible to order from the hotel because there was a malfunction and coffee could not be served in the lobby. We had lunch in the hotel lobby and the meal was dairy, nice and tasty but very simple and did not include drinks. Overall we were quite satisfied.

The treatment was amazing. I received a massage from Mibgani who was a champion. The coffee corner is poor and uninviting. The lunch was not served. We did not fly. It should be noted that it did not include drinks. For the price I paid, I did not receive anything in return. This is the feeling.

תודה רבה על המשוב. צר לנו לשמוע שהחוויה שלכם לא הייתה מושלמת מבחינת פינת הקפה. חשוב לנו להבהיר כי בספא סינרגיה אנו מקפידים להעניק לאורחינו כיבוד מגוון ונעים: אנו מציעים מבחר סוגי תה איכותיים, נענע טרייה, לימון חתוך, שתייה קרה מרעננת עם פרוסות תפוז וג’ינג’ר, וכן מים עם מלפפון, תפוח ורוזמרין. בנוסף, מוגשים תמרים, קינמון ושני סוגי עוגיות וקפה שחור לחובבי קפה. כל יתר ניתן לרכוש בלובי של המלון.

I would appreciate a response from you and a return. We experienced poor service throughout the entire treatment. When we arrived and shared the incident, the girl who was there mentioned that we had to wait for the manager and he would compensate us. We said that we would be compensated at the end of the day because we didn't want to be busy with it right now and in the end we came for a fun day. When we finished the day, the manager came and we talked to him about a refund. He said that there was no such thing and if we were not satisfied, we could leave the treatment in the middle and not stay (a dream to know if anyone had ever done this) He told us that we could leave and we did so throughout the treatment, which only made us feel like we were being smeared with oil and we didn't receive the treatment we deserved. Bad service experience. A terribly dirty and unkempt place in everything related to the drinking area and locker rooms. And of course they don't coordinate with their own versions. If I don't receive the financial compensation, at least I will prevent someone else from paying. ??

Two days before we arrived, they called to tell us that the hotel had closed a group at exactly the time we had scheduled the massages. We couldn't delay our arrival. When we arrived, most of the facilities were empty, which was nice. After about an hour, they closed a significant area of the spa for the event and a DJ played annoying trance music that didn't fit the atmosphere. A bit of a bummer. **However** the massages were really good!!
