The massage itself was excellent and was a lot of fun. The only thing that was weird was that a man just walked into our massage room before it even started (when we had let us get ready and take off our clothes) and luckily it was when we were already in the covered beds because a second before he would have walked in and seen us. It was really out of place and we felt terrible at that moment.

The hotel and facilities are great. The massage was an unpleasant experience for my partner and me. Unprofessional, unfriendly masseuse and we left more tense than relaxed. We will not go there again for a massage.

At the spa they don't apologize for mistakes, they don't smile, they're unpleasant and they answer impatiently. Hardly anything works in the hotel, the bar is closed for example. The pool is very pleasant to eat at. This is not the first time I've had a decline in staff.

The reception at the spa was not that pleasant, but the therapist Ifaf was a champion?

The hotel is stunning and we had fun in the pool. The massage was not good. One of the masseuses was so impatient that it was really unpleasant. Not a very professional place.

The therapist named Delilah was excellent, a massage expert, among the best who did it, definitely a pleasure.
