We are long-time customers at the spa, the treatment was excellent! The level of maintenance of the place is disappointing. We entered the salt pool, it was full of towels from people who had stayed inside, glasses of champagne. The showers were in really bad shape, the floor was dirty and full of hair, bags of slippers... the feeling of a neighborhood country on Shabbat.

First, the place was packed, specifically in the waiting room where it was impossible to relax, there were no free chairs and it felt a bit like a train station. The same applies to the women's restroom, there was no place to get organized and get dressed due to the congestion. A massage was ordered for the extremities and in fact a full massage was given, the therapists were coughing and it is better if an employee is not feeling well, that he stay home. We ordered a couples treatment plus a cheese platter that was not served to us and yet we were charged the amount for it. Please correct it immediately. Thank you

The therapist was cute and I have no problem with her! But it's important to me that you know my therapist was cute but she coughed every second. I was expecting a massage therapist and I got caresses and a lot of water got in my ears. Apparently you marketed the treatment differently than it was, so I was very disappointed.

At the entrance to the changing rooms, next to the lockers, on the bench there were many towels and robes thrown away. In the toilets, there was discarded paper, which surprised me a little.
