We come to the Hacienda Spa at least twice a year. The massage was excellent! The professional therapists are courteous and pleasant and worthy of praise! The complex was less inviting. There was a large cockroach in the shower, hair on the floor in the second shower, and the toilets were not clean. The hygiene part sucks a bit.

The first part, back and hands, was excellent, then instead of moving to the legs, she moved to the head. At first, she did a scalp massage, and then it was a kind of caressing of the head. I hoped it would be short so that she could move to the legs, but it was quite long and there was little time left for the legs. I know that a head massage is done at the end of the treatment when you are on your back and not on your stomach. Although when I moved to lying on my back, she did a little more on the neck and a little on the head. It's a shame that the time was wasted on the head massage while lying on my stomach. I didn't feel comfortable commenting on her about it because she was very nice. Constructive criticism for the future.

The treatment was excellent. The therapist massaged the body to my liking. That is, the massage was not too strong and not too gentle. I enjoyed every moment. However, it should be noted that there was no hand soap in the treatment room to wash your hands after the treatment from the oil or cream that the therapist used during the massage. I would like to add that the atmosphere in the treatment room was pleasant thanks to the music that was played and the pleasantness of the therapist.

I come to your spa a lot (the last time was two weeks ago), and I have never had such an unpleasant massage experience. I was very hesitant about putting things in writing, but because I was tense and tense during the entire massage, I woke up today (the morning after) with a very tight and sore back. I felt that the massage was too invasive and clearly unpleasant, which made me ask the masseuse to concentrate only on the feet and not continue treating the rest of the body. Over the years, I have come to your spa dozens of times and have recommended you on every occasion, but I do not remember having had such an experience in the past.

The reception was excellent. Breakfast was perfect. The dining room was clean and nutritious. The facilities were excellent, but there were some customers who entered the jacuzzi with clothes on. There was no supervision from the massage team. It was unprofessional at all. The service in the treatment room was below all expectations. Our treatment was at 4:00 PM.

The massage was really too gentle, I barely felt like I was getting a massage.. She just applied oil to me in very quick movements. I didn't feel comfortable telling the masseuse because I thought she was preparing for the massage itself and then it was just over.. It was very frustrating that there was no synchronization between the phone number of the company that coordinates the spa on site and the phone number at the spa itself. What happened was that I called the night before to make sure we were registered for tomorrow and it turns out I contacted the external company that coordinates because that was the number that was on the site and they said I wasn't registered (!). Which made me cancel all plans and start looking for alternatives in great frustration.. Luckily I had the phone number of the representative who answered me at the spa during registration and I contacted her in the morning and she told me that we were registered so that in the end the day was saved, but we arrived under pressure.. Bottom line The staff at the spa itself was very nice, as was the staff at the restaurant. As usual, a very, very beautiful place, very pastoral. Overall we enjoyed it.. just all the little flaws along the way.. and in the end, it's my first time coming out of a massage and I don't even feel like I had a massage.. a bit of a bummer because it's not a cheap pleasure.

I ordered a package with breakfast at the hotel and a Swedish massage. This is not the first time we have come for a fun day that was very successful. Julie, the masseuse, was professional, I felt a focused treatment on the muscles. The rest of the fun day was at the spa and later at the hotel pool.

I had a massage with a lovely guy named Paul. Super professional, super committed, caring and dedicated on other levels, he felt I was busy and offered a strong and liberating Thai massage. The meal and the place were excellent. The massage was beyond reproach. This is the second time I've had a massage and I feel like they're just applying oil and not massaging me. It's a shame it's like that. You warned me during the massage, and yet it didn't really help.
