The place itself is stunning, the hotel is stunning, the breakfast is great (the service in the dining room was also great). The rating is low because it is aimed at the spa. The place is simply not maintained, the base is good there but there was a lot of dirt, a terrible smell in the bathroom, some of the shower taps are broken and everything is full of hair, the shower upstairs is half-clogged, barely any water comes out. The jacuzzi is large but there is no flow like a hot water pool. Massage - we closed a 60-minute voucher, meaning we paid for an additional 15 minutes, they let us in late at 12:10, by the time they got us inside everything was ready by let's say 12:20, and by 13:04 we were already outside. The hotel is stunning, the spa needs significant improvement.

The massage was excellent, the place is amazing, what spoiled the atmosphere was the toilets and showers, they are just horrible, dirty, everything smells bad, not clean.

We took a package of A. Book massage and spa. Breakfast was crowded.. It took a long time to get us into the dining room and then it was just crazy busy. The spa was cute. The masseuse is cute but not wow. Very beautiful place. We won't be back

Okay, one big wow! Breakfast was also excellent. Everything was rich and delicious. The spa itself was excellent. The massage was a dream. The pool was also excellent and there was even a small pool party. I loved it!

Disappointing at first, we closed with breakfast the day before arrival, they canceled our meal, we arrived and it was not possible to enter the spa before 12, the outdoor pool was also closed and we had nothing to do. I felt like on my wedding day, I came to celebrate at a spa day, I was looking for myself, we did not enjoy ourselves at all.

The massage was really good! Atmosphere, pastoral. The bathroom smelled like sewage - even though it was clean, the smells were terrible. And something else that ruined the experience a bit - your entry for families with small children into the complex itself (for inquiries/registration, etc.). While the service representatives at the reception are providing service, the children run around in the rest area, make noise, get on the sofas. It's unpleasant. If it says that entry is for people over 18, be careful about it.

Needs improvement, access, cleanliness, a feeling of abandonment, showers in the sauna and jacuzzi area do not work, the refreshments are poor. The breakfast was noisy, the taxi was not tasty. Disappointing, I will not return to the place. Getting from the parking lot to the hotel was also difficult and the phone number of the collector is not correct, so I walked on the hottest day at the age of 6 in my condition, disappointing. And not recommended
