The therapists were excellent. We had a great time, only one thing bothered us. The treatment was supposed to be 45 minutes, but in reality it was 40 minutes. And five minutes is a lot for a short treatment - 10% of the time.

The massage itself was excellent, I didn't like everything around it. They don't give robes, there are no lockers for those who come for a fun day without staying overnight. The bathroom by the pool where we changed clothes was very dirty later in the day.

We booked a couples treatment and breakfast in advance, I mentioned that it was a way together for you. They asked for the voucher and of course I purchased the voucher. When we arrived, we were told that it was not a way of voucher but payment by credit/cash and as long as we did not pay, we would not be able to receive the voucher for breakfast and go up to the pool after we swam with the spa (I don't understand why we need to talk to them and not at the reception). They told us to tell them that everything was fine. They talked to them and after a few minutes they confirmed that everything was fine and we received towels for the pool. Of course, they were not told that it was with breakfast, and we already wanted to go eat again, we were asked to talk to the spa. After about half an hour of waiting, they came back to me and confirmed that it was with breakfast and that there had been a mistake. Of course, they couldn't talk to them right away and close the loop. They asked me to wait again and have them confirm with them. After a long wait, we received the voucher for breakfast. During this time, we waited upstairs at the pool, then went down to reception to inform them that we were supposed to receive the voucher. At this time, they moved our equipment, claiming that it was forbidden to reserve places. We experienced disrespectful treatment without any apology from your side, even if there had been a mistake - instead of telling us to wait an hour in total, you would have inquired and not made us feel embarrassed. We arrived late for breakfast and our day moved on and we barely enjoyed the pool. The massage was very good and I have no complaints about it. This is my fourth time at the hotel and I have never experienced this. I have also always paid with vouchers, service awareness above all else.

After we arrived to celebrate our wedding anniversary and took a long couples treatment each, we happily paid 1200 NIS for professional treatment. Unfortunately, we received extremely poor treatment. I can guarantee that these were therapists who had at best undergone a one or two-day certification and not a professional therapist as required. We go to spas and massages quite a bit. Unfortunately, this was the worst that both my wife and I have experienced. I scheduled acupuncture for us for tomorrow following this sorry but really bad treatment. And while we're at it, the pool was so full of people that there wasn't a single chair or bed available, so we just left. We left really disappointed and in pain. A very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service. They said there were no robes so we stayed with our clothes. Showers only in the pool. There is no space in the pool. And the massage was okay but nothing more. Too bad. I thought I would enjoy it more

At 12 o'clock, it is not appropriate for a hotel that respects itself to have a shower inside a disabled toilet. You will find a more suitable solution. And the second thing I asked about Tsachania, they told me that you do not have an arrangement, so I parked in Kikar Atarim for over 100 NIS, while in Frishman there is a parking lot for the whole day for 36 NIS. So you should make an arrangement or at least direct customers to a nearby and cheap parking lot - not everyone knows Tel Aviv like you do. Thank you
