The hotel was very nice, the food was horrible, not clean and not tasty. My massage was perfect but the other two girls' massage was horrible, they came out really pissed off and the massage was on their faces, they were not happy at all.

It was very pleasant. We were welcomed with kindness and a cheerful disposition. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. The massage was perfect. The pool is stunning, just the way I like it. The food was very tasty. In conclusion, we will be back again. Thank you.

We booked a spa day with lunch - we went in for lunch and there was barely any food to offer and what was on the buffet was dry and uninviting as we went in, so we left and ended up eating in the lobby and paying full price. The spa itself was nice, to be honest we expected more from the Arbat Samuel hotel chain but overall it was cute

We really enjoyed our stay. Delicious lunch. Nice massage, really a big blessing, very pleasant atmosphere. It would have been nice if the spa itself was a little more pampering (for example, if we were given a robe/slippers and if there were some cookies and such) but overall a definitely good experience..

The pros: We had lunch and the food at the hotel was very tasty. A cozy place, kind staff, good massage, clean and well-kept place, clean and good pools, and a really great bar by the pool. In general, everything was excellent. And what about the cons? The first — the pool with Dead Sea water did not work. The second disadvantage — the hammam did not work. The third disadvantage — before lunch a musician came to the pool and played so loudly that it was impossible to even talk. But overall everything was great. If they fixed a few small things like that, it would be just perfect.

Not a nice welcome. I would have expected a slightly nicer explanation of the facilities at the hotel. We were shocked that 7 people were given 2 lockers, and even that after pressure we had to carry our bags around, which made the feeling worse.

Hi, we arrived as a family of 7 girls for a fun day. The reception was pleasant, the hotel was clean and tidy, the food was delicious. We were upset that we only got 4 lockers, which made us walk around with bags. Second, they told us that the food was until 2:30 p.m. We entered at 2:10 p.m. We sat down, and then at 2:20 p.m. they started to tell us that the buffet was going to close. It was not a pleasant situation, and we had to eat quickly.
