We arrived at the spa expecting a relaxing and pampering experience, especially as military personnel looking for a moment of peace from the routine, but in reality that's not what we got. During the massage for over half an hour, there was loud screaming from children in the spa area. The noise was significant and made it impossible to relax at all, to the point that the therapists had to stop the treatment and go out to check what was going on, which shouldn't happen in a place that presents itself as a professional spa. Even after we finished the treatment and moved to the pool area, the screaming continued and was not addressed, so the whole experience was damaged and we didn't feel like we received the service we paid for. After that, I went to the receptionist at the spa and explained the situation, which he also understood, and I was told that the person in charge of the spa would get back to me as soon as possible. Since Thursday until today, no one has gotten back to me, no apology has been given, and no consideration has been given. Beyond the disappointment with the experience itself, the lack of response only reinforces the feeling of lack of professionalism and lack of consideration for customers. I expect you to take responsibility for the incident, treat it seriously, and offer appropriate compensation for an experience that did not meet the most basic standard of spa service.
