It's not a cheap spa (even after the discount), and it's not particularly diverse, but I was pleased with the attitude of the staff, both administrative and therapeutic, and the quality of the treatment. Uri, the massage therapist, used a combination of approaches, tailored to the needs of each organ in the body. I left the treatment feeling like a new and liberated person.

When we booked the treatment, we agreed on a Swedish massage with hot stones. We did not receive hot stones in the treatment. When we asked the therapists, they were very angry and did not know what we had agreed to when we booked. The stones were cold and they did not address our requests. The therapists talked to each other throughout the massage. We left covered in body butter and there was no soap in the shower. The therapists complained that we had showered for too long and that they wanted to go home. I will also point out that the spa is usually closed on Sundays, but the therapists agreed to come especially to give us the massage.

Dirty showers, pads stuck to the walls, hair on the floor, the buffet was empty of food some of the time. A shocking restaurant, food at the level of one of the worst workers' restaurants. Dirty dishes, tired tomatoes from yesterday and desserts from Bonbon Halls. We arrived in the morning with great anticipation, and left feeling disappointed. We certainly won't be back. An experience not even worth 400 NIS, needless to say we paid close to 800. Shame.

The massage was excellent. Regarding the spa visit, I think there is a lack of a place where non-smokers can go out and breathe fresh air. The experience could be improved if the smoking area outside was divided into two areas by a partition. A smoking area and a non-smoking area. I hope you improve this because otherwise the place is lovely.

Ri, I left feeling drained and disappointed. As someone who understands types of massages and techniques, the experience was far from professional: • Lack of technique: The massage felt like an apprentice's work. Instead of a logical sequence and organized work, the treatment amounted to shaking the body in discomfort and applying oil and pressing without purpose. • Gap between registration and execution: Despite filling out a preferences form (intensity, hot towel, etc.), none of this was reflected in the treatment room. • Service at the reception: When I left and expressed my criticism to the secretary, instead of accepting responsibility, she tried to explain to me "what a massage is." A self-respecting place should not allow a patient to leave feeling like she was "shaken like a fish" for an hour. A waste of time and energy.

Not a nice place anymore, outdoor pool not clean and not usable, indoor heated pool not clean, and not deep at all suitable for small children. No jacuzzi, wet sauna with a foul smell, dry sauna reasonable. The treatment is very good.
