The problem is not with the spa, but with you. I came to celebrate my birthday, an hour and a half massage at ten in the morning. After that, I received an update that there was none, but only at two-fifteen and an hour. I paid a lot of money, but the massage ended at three-twenty and the spa closed at three-thirty. No hammam, no sauna, no sitting and resting in the relaxation room!!! Bad experience and only you are to blame, not the spa. For not telling us. We could have come earlier. We demand compensation from you!!! From an emotional experience, this was a stressful experience!!! We went home wet!!!

When a guest arrives, there must be someone who will respond, who will receive him, explain to him, and give him a locker, a robe, etc. There was a lady sitting at the entrance who was talking on the phone and had no patience for my questions, (first time with you) she said she was just doing a favor and that it was not her job... The caregiver was excellent, and the attitude of those in charge who arrived late was good. I recommend putting a bottle of liquid soap in the bag with the towel.

There are no signs to direct us to the place. It took us a while to figure out how to get there. The clerks told us to go into the cloakroom. There was a huge mess there. No one explained or responded. Even when I asked for help, they didn't answer me. The beginning was difficult. We wanted to drink. There was no milk in the machine. The cloakrooms were crowded. The place was really beautiful, but the feeling was disorganization and lack of attention. I asked twice about a bottle of wine that was promised to me in the package and I didn't receive it (we came to celebrate a birthday). Even at the end, I waited 30 minutes to get into the shower. It's crazy. The truth is that it wasn't the experience I expected, not worth the cost of the package at all.
