Hi, I came to you for a massage with my bride before the wedding. I paid a lot of money, but the massage was very, very unprofessional. I was very disappointed.

To the spa management, I wanted to share that our visit to your place was very pleasant – the place is charming, the atmosphere is great and the service we received was courteous. However, there were a number of points that affected the overall experience and it is important for me to address them. First, the issue of accessibility. There are stairs without an alternative solution. Even though I have a medical disability, I made an effort and climbed the stairs, but this involved considerable difficulty. I believe that a spa experience should be accessible and comfortable for all guests, especially those who deal with limitations. In addition, we arrived on a Friday for brunch, but in reality the offer was very limited and there was no turnover over time. This affected the feeling of pampering and completeness expected from such an experience. Despite this, it is important for me to note that we enjoyed the place and I would be happy to return in the future. In light of the above, I would appreciate it if you could consider providing a benefit or compensation for the next visit, as well as examining improvements in accessibility and the dining experience.
