Second time with them, very fun and good!

They didn't agree to give us the massage early, so we didn't stay for the treatment. We were just in the pool.

It was excellent.

It was an excellent massage, the highest level spa I have been to in Israel.

We had a couples massage, both therapists were great, the place was cozy and the massage was good and professional.

I have to say that I am truly disappointed. I have never been disappointed by a place like this. I spend a lot of time in hotels, spending and throwing money away on fun days. But I have never been so disappointed. I arrived last Saturday with my partner for a fun day at the spa + recreation facilities + a fun day at the pool. I have no complaints about the massage itself, we received a man for him, a woman for me as we requested. They were attentive. But, and a great sorrow. The dining room was shocking! My partner actually pulled a bug out of my food. The drinks were not worthy of a person. And the dining room I was truly shocked, I don't know if this was a one-time fall or a successful method. But God help me. Not only would I not have paid 60 shekels per head for it, but I also wouldn't have entered for free... Beyond that, demanding 120 shekels for entry to the pool after the spa is being impudent. The pool is 1.5 meters in size, the number of people was unreasonable and you could have mentioned this in the reservation before our spa reservation was at 11:00. At 1:00 PM we had already fled the hotel back to our homes, from the congestion, and the inability to even settle in a sane place in the pool area. I think you could have mentioned that the place is currently relatively fully occupied / mentioned that there is an event / mentioned that there is a really respectful number of families. It was not a nice experience at all. I came home crying, because instead of a fun day, I experienced the complete opposite, except for the massage itself, this poor hour. Let's leave aside the fact that because we found ourselves hungry, because of the meal that was really not worth it, we found ourselves paying downstairs for another meal for 150 shekels and the parking that cost us 70 shekels. In short, this day is not something I would return to. Period.
